The property was very neat and clean. Location is excellent. Staff goes above and beyond. I used the park and stay service which was excellent and easy to use. Has a nice pool but didn’t get to use because we were traveling and left our vehicle there for 10 days. When we returned after 10 days we stayed another 3 days. Breakfast buffet was great every morning. There is a laundry service available but we did not use that but was nice to have if needed. Rooms were a little dated but very clean, comfortable and acceptable for the price. Lots of food options available within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. I will also book here again in the future. Danny and everyone we dealt with during our stay were very helpful, accommodating and friendly with a smile. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of high end resorts and this is my place to stay when traveling to Tampa. Thanks for all your services and making us feel welcome.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport which was convenient. It was also within a short walking distance to a few restaurants. If you need to be near the airport, I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore.

Stayed overnight for bowl game. Let us leave vehicle in lot since we couldn’t check in before the game until we got back. Upgraded us to a king suite without asking.
We walked both ways to Raymond James stadium. Took about 45 minutes each way and felt safe

We stayed one night upon arriving at TPA. The gentleman at check-in was super friendly even at 1am! He offered two complimentary bottles of water which were appreciated. The room however was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of hair of all types, as was a corner by the bed. Seems like the vacuum cleaner part of the cleaning process was missed. Nasty. The sheets as well had a few miscellaneous hairs on them as well, though they seemed clean. The breakfast was quite decent though. For the money, you can do better elsewhere.

The stay was great, the shuttle service is not a shuttle though, they call you a Lyft which we had to have twice and both experiences were weird, one had no clue where he was going and the morning we were scheduled a Toyota Camery for four adults two dogs and two ox of luggage per person… not aure how they thought that would work

Great access to the airport. We only stayed the night and were up at 5am. Lots of restaurants were open late to DoorDash a meal after 11pm, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the adults in our group didn't sleep a wink because of how uncomfortable the beds were, and the duvets were stained and had no covers, which was gross even if they were (hopefully) clean. They also could use more outlets by the beds.
