Could use a good deep clean but it wasn't bad. Shower curtain needs washed. Corner behind chair needs cleaned. Overly good place to stay with children and pet.

You get what you pay for, the staff were friendly and location was great (right by the highway exit to get to everything around, across the street from the fairgrounds) but the cleanliness was awful. The first room they gave us had stains all on the walls, dirty bathroom, really bad patches in the walls and what appeared to be mildew on the curtain. We went to the front desk and requested a new room due to cleanliness. The second room wasn’t immaculate but was much cleaner, didn’t have the microwave and refrigerator which was fine since we were only staying for the weekend. The man upfront was nice and apologized, he mentioned that was the last room available for the selection we made.

The room I stayed was horrible the walls have mildew on them there were live and dead cockroaches the paint is peeling from the ceiling and in the bath tub I don't recommend going to this hotel

This was booked for a friend in dire need of a place to stay, to get away from a domestic abuser. Unfortunately she ended up not having a way there and could not stay. I immediately asked to cancel the reservation and they would not grant it. The reservation had only been made minutes prior to the refund request. They could have helped, but the didn't?

This hotel room is not accurate with the picture on trip.com. the rooms are not clean, not the bathroom, walls or bed and the outside areas are very filthy. I was given three separate rooms and the pictures from each one, was refused access to see rooms before I paid and after the third room was told there were no more available rooms and to call trip.com and cancel the reservations. They told me to cancel only to find out later, after being refused rooms at 2AM when I had just driven 26 hrs to attend my dad funeral, that they refused to refund my money. I wouldn't stay here for free short of an apocalypse. Beware of this group, not honorable people. Broken doors, stains, baggies in hallways, dirth, filth, mold, is not what I expected when they said they have it all.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been too. The place was disgusting and the owners were real nasty and rude.i wouldn't recommend this hotel as a pet shelter. Stay Away.

The room smells strongly of cigarettes, the floor is dirty
