The service was excellent since the minute we walked in the door room was very clean and on point for our stay we will be coming back again

The service was impeccable and the elevator was never a long wait. The mildew smell in the bathroom could have been fixed. The vents in the room should have been dusted properly. The room and bed was clean besides those small things that a humidifier and duster could have resolved easily.

I like this hotel very much. There are a lot of things to drink, including coffee and chocolate milk powder. I like to mix the two together and drink them. It is very fragrant and sweet. I drank a lot of them! The room is also very clean. It would be perfect if the space was wider! ! !

The hotel is conveniently located to Busch Gardens and priced better than others. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe - the most important elements for me. The paint could use touching up and it was not the fanciest hotel but I didn't spend much time at all in the room. It was too cold to swim so I can't say much about the pool. The breakfast was okay, not great but enough options.

The breakfast dining 'room' is very cramped but has oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, biscuits, and sausage. but coffee and juice is a good walk away from the food. Room was smaller than expected. I'm Used to queen beds at hotels but these were fulls. AC was cold and shower never ran out of hot water. Would have liked a softer bed but served its purpose. Ceiling above shower unit had mildew
