I love staying

Great . So great I'm extending my stay. I loved the energy and the atmosphere of the employees and the hotel all around..

For me when it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED, you are expecting a breakfast. Not a coffee machine and muffins to go. It was really smelly all the rooms, in the front desk, and dirty as well. Old furniture, carpets, and lights. Not recommended at all, not even for the price...

I lobby and elevator was dirty. The bathroom toilet water was running. The hotel asked for a $100 deposit that was not disclosed when booking.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While there were some positive aspects, such as the convenient location and not that friendly staff, the dirty condition of our room was a major letdown. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the presence of mold and dust on the air duct. This not only made the environment feel unclean but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the room. It was disheartening to see such neglect in maintaining cleanliness standards. These issues greatly impacted our stay, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied throughout. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize the wellbeing and satisfaction of its guests, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. In hindsight, I wish I had addressed these concerns with the management or staff during our stay. Their response or attempts to rectify the situation would have been valuable insights to include in this review. Nevertheless, it's important for others to be aware of the cleanliness issues we encountered. Moving forward, I would suggest that the hotel focuses on regular maintenance and improving their cleanliness standards. This would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the hotel

Desk clerk was very short, not friendly. Clerk on check out in the morning hardly said a word, and the few she did say were basically inaudible. No cups in the bathroom, plastic or otherwise, so I had to take my pills by cupping my hands. People upstairs were running back and forth most of the night, and we could hear them pounding on the floor. Just not a good experience.

This a dirty hotel do not waste your money. The towels are dirty. The room was not clean cause there was a panty behind one of the nightstand. The shower drain is partially clogged and sink is dirty. The phone on the nightstand has no cord. The soap…omg! is like chalk. There are wholes on the wall of the shower. They want you to pay a fee to upgrade your WIFI if you want to stream TV in your room.

It was good enough after having to change locations due to a poor map and description of it's location being 45 minutes out of town, changing dinner plans to two and a half hours later. Staff worked hard to find a better location, but about 10 pm they began vacuuming in the area near my room and I barely got any sleep. Bad luck but poor choice of clean up time.

It was the worst experience, I arrived and checked. Went to the room and immediately it was an odd odor in the room like they were using old mops to clean. I left the room because I had an engagement to attend, when I returned and checked the bed it was still crumbs in the bed and under the sheets. The sheets look d like they weren’t changed from the guest before me. I informed the front desk and was moved from room 331 to 329, I go in the room and was told that there was no house keeping so I was put into a room with no blankets, towels, soap, it was horrible
