"The Edition's style truly delivers that familiar feeling from the moment you arrive, almost like coming home. The room is quite spacious compared to other Editions in North America (a subtle jab at New York's expensive and tiny rooms). It features the usual B&O sound system and warm, yet not dim, lighting right upon entering, making it very cozy. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the Le Labo toiletries are a bit difficult to squeeze out when using. The service remains impeccable. The front desk staff and bellhops were warm and welcoming, without any forced or insincere smiles. There was a slight hiccup though: I arrived late in the evening for check-in and wanted to use my daily credit at the bar. However, it was close to last call, and the servers completely ignored me. I sat there for almost 20 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore and approached them. They said last call had already passed, but no one had bothered to inform me. All I got was a casual 'sorry 'bout that' at the end, which I found quite irritating. The rooftop pool is quite small. Besides taking a photo, there's not much reason to spend a long time there. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant on the first floor, but it wasn't open during my stay. I'll have to try it next time."
