The pictures on the site are clearly photo shopped. Its a hotel, but the hotel works closely with the hospital across the road. Dont be supprised to see people wearing pyjama`s at breakfast, Staff is helpfull. But the overall feeling is more that your in a from clinic converted hotel. Its cold and has no athmosphere.

there was not possibility to boil water to make tea, the provided coffee machine did not heat the water sufficiently. room cleaning schedule was poor

I booked last minute, and when I arrived, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to realize it was the hospital hotel. However, as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and managed to calm me down, especially since I was a bit brusque at first, questioning why it wasn’t mentioned that it was a hospital hotel. That said, I’m quite a curious person, and despite not being the ideal choice, it was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was perfect in my opinion, with a great variety of options, from savory items like sausages and potatoes to cold cuts, and even delicious pancakes with Nutella or jam. There were also cookies and coffee available, so I was really satisfied with the breakfast. Additionally, in the evening, there’s a buffet from 4 PM to 6:30 PM for just 15 euros, which offers a variety of dishes you’d probably struggle to find elsewhere in the city. The only downside is that it’s not in the city center, so if you want to be in the heart of the city without taking a bus, this might not be the best choice.

Potilashotelli Hotellin yhteydessä todella huonosti parkkipaikkoja ja valtavasti sakkorysä parkkipaikkoja, jos ei tarkasti katso, mitä jokaisessa kyltissä lukee. Hotellissa on vain yksi hidas hissi, joten siirtyminen on hidasta ylös, sekä alas. Aamupala tarjoillaan ahtaissa tiloissa, eikä sovellu siihen tarkoitukseen jos hotellissa on paljon vieraita. Huoneessa ei sinänsä valittamista, mutta en suosittele hotellia ellei sitten vierailun tarkoitus liity TAYS asiointiin tavalla tai toisella.

The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. It was not at the center of the city but it was easily accessible by tram and bus. Good breakfast and a great price compared to other hotels in Tampere.
