The location is great, making it easy to get anywhere. I arrived late at night, but check-in was smooth and without any issues.

A decent hotel with good value for money in Guam. There are many Japanese and Korean tourists. The environment is clean, and there's a JP store mall downstairs. Guests receive discount coupons. It's very close to Tumon Bay, with many bars, restaurants, arcades, and ABC stores nearby, which is super convenient.

Everything was perfect: the room, the service, and the kindness of the staff! The room was clean, and the shower had good hot water. A hairdryer and towels were provided, so I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'd love to stay here again! The location is also great, with direct access to a large shopping complex right from the front desk, so you can shop comfortably until late, even if it rains.

I came here for a vacation, and the accommodation was clean, and the hotel staff were friendly! There was no noise, and all the facilities were pleasant. I plan to use this hotel again in the future. I'd love to bring my parents next time haha.

Our room was split into two connected rooms for four people, which was perfect for our family of four. The room was spacious, and the beds were American size, which was great! Breakfast offered a wide variety and was absolutely delicious. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, so the location was excellent!

We booked last minute for this hotel. I heard this hotel is the oldest hotel on Guam so I wasn’t really sure how it is but they renovated the rooms and facilities. We stayed 7th floor at phase 3 building which was newest I believe. The rooms was bigger than other hotel rooms. Comfy bed, nice amenities and most impressed thing was service was excellent‼️. The front desk staff were so friendly and professional , and mostly house keeping staff who always delivered what we requested. Overall, I would give them 5 stars 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 👍 Keep up the good work ‼️‼️‼️

Location of the hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and food options within walking distance. But the service of the hotel is just bad! They do not clean your room everyday and you need to ask for room cleaning service! I have been to many countries and even under developing countries with 3 star rated hotels, clean the room everyday without fail. They do not top your water, only 2 x 500ml water bottle for my 3 nights stay. Although the bed linens and pillows are clean, i found empty plastic bottles, thick later of dust under the bed and sofa. An old pair of bed room slippers covered with dust underneath the bed. The TV, is really tiny with resolution similar to the cathode ray TV back in the 90s. The Korean staff are very polite, but the non Korean staff are less helpful and certainly not as friendly.

I enjoy the stay very accessible for everything.

Great location and friendly staff :) It’s really convenient for access everywhere. 5 min to the beach, ABC mart, some restaurants and bus stops. As this price, I think it’s really great!

Stay was okay but there was no microwave. Food at cafe was good.

・Cleanliness: While you could tell the room had some years on it, it still felt clean. ・Location: It was really convenient, directly connected to JP Superstore, across from Dusit Place, and right in front of a shuttle bus stop. I didn't go this time, but Tumon Beach also seemed close by. ・Service: I was happy that the front desk staff could speak Japanese. ・Amenities: They had toothbrushes, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, free water, towels, and a refrigerator, which was very helpful!

Early morning (1AM) check-in. Check-in was really smooth. Breakfast is OK, rather close to standard continental breakfast. I couldn't complain because they currently have it on promotion for $15 per person. Room was run down with moldy smell and had some obvious cleaning issues. 

I was really surprised how amazing the facilities and the rooms are but was so disappointed when the room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay without giving any notice.  The variety of food on the breakfast buffet was also disappointing.
