When i inform has mosquitoes but reception not believe since he stay there also. No spray provided . The room is ok and clean. Got the view

The experience is very good, recommended. Cleanliness is good. Very cooling. There are cooking facilities available and places to sit outside to hangout. However, we would need to go down and get more amenities such as shower gel and shampoo (provided was 1 each), as both of us were staying for 4D3N, but the staff was willing to give us more. Parking is limited and depends on how many people staying. The staff also recommended some good places to visit. Overall, would come here again!

It was very noisy at night. I could not sleep well. This was really annoying. The men were really loud. They were shouting all night. The babies were screaming at night. It was really annoying. My sleep got broken again and again. The room was very small. The toilet was not great. The toilet was not that clean. The room had a not great smell to it. And the Indian cleaners were very creepy. I would say it’s not worth it for the price. Disappointing overall.

The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed: a super comfortable bed, a powerful shower, a large desk with multiple outlets, and strong, free Wi-Fi. Location is perfect—steps away from great restaurants and main attractions, yet the room was perfectly quiet.

OMG SO NOISY. AT 2AM THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE. SO MUCH NOISE ALL NIGHT. I COULDN’T GET ANY SLEEP. I WAS SO ANNOYED. SCREAMING BABIES ALL NIGHT. LOUD SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT. THERE WAS NO QUIET. I COULDN’T GET ANY SLEEP ALL NIGHT. MOST NOISY PLACE.

As expected, twin room for 2, toilet is shared but right outside the room. Many restaurants outside, main road within 5 min walk

Great experience here. I like the location, near to shops and easy to find food. The price is really reasonable too. The room is also nice and clean ❤️

Very convenient, I sleep at 9pm and just wake up at 5am. Sangat selesa. Wifi sangat laju.

The location is superb, the rooms and surroundings are clean, and the amenities provided are very useful. I will definitely stay here again.

5 minutes walking distance from Post Office Tanah Rata. Many food stall and restaurants near the hotel. Environment also good.. silence, clean, friendly.

Clean and comfortable for a family of four, as it features one queen and one single bed. The bathroom is Muslim-friendly.
