The prices changes with the number of guests. It’s quite annoying to take your shoes off every time u wanna go outside.

location is great, close to the terminal bus station the staff were all very friendly also they program trips to different locations, would be nice to give it a try

Quite comfortable for a dorm stay. The bathroom is clean, and the staff are very helpful. Towels need to be rented, and no shower gel is provided. But for the price, it's worth it.

I booked the bunker bed for one night in mixed gender dorm. The location is great. Right next to the Cameron Highland clock tower thingy. It was clean and had a dedicated fan which was really good to have. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything smelled good. There was enough luggage storage space available and a personal safe/locker as well (included in the booking). Dining area, waiting lounge, kitchen and toilets were up to the mark for me (considering it’s a budget stay). Nothing super fancy but, all I wanted was a good night sleep before next day. Hotel staff is super easy on you. You can find food or anything easily and it’s just a short walk away. Just two things I’d like to suggest: 1. Using toilet barefoot isn’t my thing. Having a pair of slippers would’ve been great. 2. I didn’t bring any personal towel with me cuz normally hotel provides them but they didn’t.

Really nice stay overall. The hostel is conveniently located, there’s plenty of hikes in the area and you can book tours as well. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Great value for money! Even without air conditioning, it was cool and comfortable. You can book tours at the hotel, but they're fully booked on weekends. If you want to join, book in advance. The staff were very friendly.

I stayed in the female-only bunk room. The staff were friendly and did their best to help, but unfortunately, it felt like the owner has little interest in maintaining or improving the property. The biggest issue was the bedding. I asked to have my sheets changed twice, and both times the replacement sheets had brown stains and an unpleasant smell. They were clearly very old and should have been replaced a long time ago. Cleanliness was another concern. I had to request that my room and the shared bathroom be cleaned. There are also several maintenance issues that need attention, such as toilet seats, shower water heaters, and bathroom sink faucets. These are basic things that should be kept in good condition. The hostel has a nice coffee and common area with a refrigerator stocked with drinks at reasonable prices. However, the refrigerator was covered with a towel, making it look as though it wasn’t available. If you didn’t already know they sold drinks, you would never realize it. I even suggested uncovering it to make it more visible, but nothing changed. Overall, this hostel has potential, but it feels neglected. With better maintenance, new mattresses and bedding, improved cleanliness, and a few simple updates, it could provide a much better experience. Considering the price, I expected more. Compared with many other hostels in Malaysia, I don’t think this one offers good value for money in its current condition. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Recommend for solo traveller

I really enjoyed staying at travel banker, the staff was very helpful and open face, they will guide you well if they don't have the service they will guide you where you can find, it was so clean, if i go again to cameron highland definitely i will go there

The location is convenient, just a couple of minutes walk to cafes and a shop. The hostel itself is good, but a bit run down. They don't provide towels, you have to pay 5 ringgit for one. There are no shelves or hooks to put your belongings on. The lighting is very dim. There's no soap or shower gel in the showers. There's a water cooler, microwave, and fridge in the common kitchen. You can wash and dry clothes, but it costs 18 ringgit. The main drawback is how noisy it is; there's a road right outside the windows, and scooters start passing by from 6 AM, you can hear everything clearly. For the price, it's generally okay for a couple of nights. The staff are very friendly.
