Ideal location in tanah rata near to restaurants and cafes snack shops Staff is very kind and humble room are spacious breakfast is also okayish I uploaded the pics I take outside the hotel its part of hotel but different rooms we enjoyed our time there ♥️

This is a good hotel with a convenient location for getting around, especially if you have a car. They offer free parking. The rooms are spacious, and the water heater is new. Breakfast is provided, and the staff are incredibly friendly and cheerful. The hotel even messaged me before check-in. Overall, the room was excellent. You don't even need air conditioning because the fan alone is enough to make it cold (it was 18 degrees Celsius at night in April). *The road up to the hotel is quite steep, so drive carefully.

This is my first time booked hostel accommodation, I would said it is a nice experience, however I was too getting use staying in private space that not aware of the silence hours. However the only comment I would like to feedback was the cleanliness, because I notice there is many bugs and web along the wall and the ventilation is lack and luckily there is battery powered fan beside the table which ended I’ve to purchase charging cable to power the fan throughout the night. Nice place to stay but hope they can do better with the ventilation in future.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was good, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The only minor drawbacks were that the wash basin was quite small and the room did not have a window, possibly due to the cold climate in the area. The breakfast was good, and overall, it was a nice place to stay for a short vacation of 1 to 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Verall very good to stay. We enjoy it. But if lift need to maintenance need to inform through receptionist because if we go to the lift it's very far from staircase
