Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands

hotel give me old wing side..old style furnished, toilet door very old, heavy to open n close...please if I booking with trip,make sure give the best room for us to stay, so far from lobby, tourist can stay the best room at this hotel, I'm so sad cos pay rm260 for this old room

Overall, our stay was okay and the hotel was comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the property and many of the amenities feel quite old and could definitely benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The main concern was the elevator door sensor. It did not seem to detect properly when someone was passing through, and the door almost closed on my 4-year-old son. This is more than just an inconvenience and should be checked urgently as it could be a safety issue, especially for children and elderly guests. Apart from that, everything else during our stay was generally fine.

The price for the stay is affordable, and the location is strategic in the centre of Cameron Highlands. Overall, the room is comfortable. Nevertheless, you can see some evidence of old buildings and slightly poor hygiene, especially in the toilet. However, the plus point for the stay is that the floor in the rooms is not carpeted, so it’s relatively much cleaner.

I really enjoyed the vibe there but location from the city seems a bit far

Nice view. Staff very friendly, spacious room. And quite clean also.

So far so good, hotel doesnot have air ond but still cold at the evening..
