The environment here is truly unique and makes for a very comfortable stay. However, the mountain road up was incredibly winding – it took us a full two hours of continuous turns just to get from the bottom of the mountain! I probably won't be coming back to Cameron Highlands because of that road.

The environment is so so nice and British English style ! The scone was so so perfect ! We had enjoyed it so much Hot water supply is good at least it worked well 👍🏼 They would be better if the room provide extra slipper ( if the storekeeper is around might request from them , I request from the front counter they said they don have the store key, well I don think this is a reason 🌝🌝) the bedsheet has some stain but is ok And please try out their lunch n dinner set , curry smel so so good

I've experience is ok. The owner is friendly. View was great. Didn't checked the food as a bit pricey, RM40/pax. I need wheelchair access for my elderly mom, hence was given units at the garden, beautiful flowers. But at night, people gathering at the gardens table can be a bit noisy especially after 1030pm.

Staff were not very helpful. We had a luggage and other bag/stuff to carry upstairs, and it was raining, yet the staff just stood by without offering assistance. The room and overall environment were good, though. Despite the inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay—it felt refreshing waking up in the morning.

This hotel was absolutely horrendous, I barely know where to begin! My friend and I (two women) with our children booked for three nights. Upon check-in and entering our room, we immediately noticed how damp and cold it was. So far, nothing too out of the ordinary. After dinner, we all went to sleep in our respective rooms. The next morning, my friend suddenly told me that her room door had been opened from the outside while she was still asleep! She was startled awake! We immediately went to the front desk to speak with a manager about what happened, but were told the manager wasn't available. We insisted on speaking to another person in charge. Soon after, an Indian woman came out. We explained the situation, and initially, she seemed shocked! She confirmed if we had requested room cleaning or checked out, which we hadn't. She apologized, and at this point, things still seemed somewhat normal. We told her we wanted a refund. The Indian woman said they couldn't process it and we would need to request it through our booking platform. So, I went back to the room to get my phone with a Chinese number to call Ctrip. It was during this time, when the Indian woman realized my friend hadn't clearly seen who opened the door, that her attitude completely flipped! It was faster than a Sichuanese face-changing act! She started saying things like, 'We've been here for many years! You can do whatever you want! Go call the police!' Then she called all her staff over and told us to identify who opened the door. When we couldn't, the Indian woman actually said, 'Maybe God opened your door!' Oh my god! Then she became incredibly aggressive, pointing at us and yelling. My friend and I yelled back at her. Eventually, my friend got through to Ctrip customer service and managed to get a refund for the remaining two nights. I really have to commend Ctrip's customer service; they kept checking if we felt threatened and if we needed help calling the police! This place is absolutely terrifying! Choose this accommodation with extreme caution!

The hotel's location is truly picturesque and secluded. The English-style chalets and restaurant evoke the glory of bygone eras... everything, from the room decor to the garden, is very British. The chalets are spacious, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive to every guest. The owner couple is of Indian descent, and the menu caters to the preferences of Indian guests. A highly recommended choice for a relaxing stay in the Cameron Highlands.

Nice and cozy place with a beautiful cottage design. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and very relaxing. The cool Cameron Highlands weather makes the stay even better. Clean, quiet, and perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely recommend.

The chalet design is beautiful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas. The water heater did not function consistently. By the time the third person took a shower, the hot water was no longer available, resulting in a cold shower, which was particularly uncomfortable given the cool weather in Cameron Highlands. In addition, no complimentary tea or coffee was provided in the room. Considering Cameron Highlands is well known for its tea plantations, offering local tea or basic coffee amenities would enhance the guest experience and add a more distinctive local touch. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Had a good stay. Enjoyed. We will definitely come back. We loved every moment there.

3/10 Experience The only 3 good things were: - Strategic Location - Convenient Parking - Good View Other than that: - Room were dusty & old - Towels were old & dirty - Bad customer service with no reply - Fan with only 1 crazy fast speed - Dirty shower heads & bidet - water heater that is not functioning well Definitely not worth rm350/night in my opinion.

The British colonial vibes are beautiful The weather is fantastic

Everything was good, but the bathtub lid was missing and should be fixed.
