Strongly NOT Recommended – Very Dirty and Unpleasant I understand that this is a budget hotel, and I am not expecting luxury or expensive facilities. However, being affordable does not mean the room should be dirty, unpleasant, or poorly maintained The hotel room was extremely dirty and had a very bad odor. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. Honestly, it was just impossible to feel comfortable staying in the room. Please be very careful if you are considering booking this hotel. Do not assume that the actual room looks like the photos shown online. The difference between the photos and the real condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, unpleasant, and poorly maintained. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff, very comfortable room, lots of eateries near the hotel 🥰🥰 highly recommended area in Tanah Rata. Easy to find parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel is not worth at all the money paid RM280.87 for 2 nights.. The cleanliness of the hotel room is kept at worst condition.. the bed sheel also not clean and very dusty.. the standing fan provided was full of dust too.. the paint at the ceiling was not maintained and started to peeling off and dropping to the bed and entire room and also bathroom. also the ceiling wall full of moulds which create biological hazards as well to the user.. although paid for 2 nights, we decided to check out after one night without requesting for refund.. the cameron highlands trip for both of us was a disaster fur to the poor hotel condition and not cost worthy.

Everything's been okay so far, just one thing about the mirrors in the room. If possible, please put a mirror in every room, because we got a room without one. Mirrors are really important for women! 😂 That's all from me... everything else was fine!👍

I am so terribly dissapointed with the room and hotel condition , it is so dirty and run down , how can you rate it above 7, its clearly below 3 disgusting. And your trip advisors called me cancelling my booking under irene tan at rose crest hill hotel and i had to rebook he recommeded highlander hotel and when i tried to book online it was fully booked but when i was in cameron i asked if they had rooms they said yes plenty and that is after i booked evonne hotel online since the advisor said cameron hotels normally fully booked on weekends Here are the photos of the room at evonne . I wish to be fully compensated on this!

I really enjoy my trip, I recommend to all who want stay here.. servis yang diberikan juga mantap. Walaupun kami datang check in lambat tapi service yang diberikan sngat mesra.. bagi saya hotel ini cukup selesa dan memadai dengan kemudahan asas yang ada.

Overall, the place is quite clean — the room looks tidy and the bed sheets are fresh. However, the location isn’t very convenient. The area nearby is mostly Malay restaurants, but most of them don’t have any customers, so it feels a bit quiet and empty at night. The service could be improved too. Check-in was okay, but during check-out there was no staff around, and even when I called, nobody answered the phone. As for the facilities, the water heater only works when the water flow is very small — if you turn it up a bit, it becomes cold instantly. The hair dryer also has a bit of a weird smell. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but if you’re looking for a more comfortable experience, maybe not the best option.

Dont overthin about budget hotel

Last minute trip to Cameron and decided to overnight there. Been looking for few budget hotel since we will be staying just for a few hrs only. Found this budget hotel at Tanah Rata with strategic location. Just a few steps away from food stalls. The reception staff was very helpful. Overall nice stay.

The balcony sliding door couldn't close properly, the pipe was leaking, the room was dirty, and there was a foul smell.
