Yikes... ******* has gone downhill, this is not a hotel. It's someone's apartment with no smoke alarms or fire escape etc. all the windows had cracks in them and it looked like it was bombed. We couldn't wait to leave.

I really loved the view of the Strait of Gibraltar from both my bedroom and living room windows. I also liked that there were three restaurants and a shopping center on the plaza right there under the apartment.

The rooms were large and bright but dead flowers in the gardens, Sticky cabinet doors, cleaning supplies or blow dryer. Dirty cloths on floors instead of bath mats , no shower curtains, The fridge leaked freezer did not work and there were a n assortment of salad plates but no dinner plates. There was no bank machine and the desk staff charged a percentage to exchange money. The mattress on the bed was brand new but very hard later discovered it was upside down with pillow top to down? It was all these little things that brought the rating down It could have been so much better. The room rate was higher than originally stated and the booking was mishandled

C’est l’endroit par excellence à Casablanca. Sécuritaire bien situé, le personnel est très très accueillant. Café juste en dessus avec terrasse avec vue sur le port et la mer. Les rues environnantes sont très animées en soirées avec plein de cafés et boutiques typique. Dépaysement assuré. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille

Check in à partir de 15h mais pas de serviettes de bain avant 17h, le wifi ne fonctionne pas et seulement réparé le soir après 22h. Les employés pas très intéressés par nos problèmes
