If you're coming to Tangier, you absolutely HAVE to book this hotel! The location is superb, close to the high-speed rail station, a shopping mall, and the beach. The breakfast is abundant, and dinner is exquisite! The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get! Right behind it is the most beautiful McDonald's overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet!

Everything was good. Except may be that bath was slippery and hook was broken. View from room is on construction site. Bad was comfortable but small a bit for 2 people. Breakfast was very good.

This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town. This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

Just best location next to the train station and 10 min drive to the old Medina. The staff are kind and attending. Only one thing I have to note that the reception staffing has to be added more than the current two at least on weekends. I saw queuing for checking in in front of the reception desk.

We asked for toothbrush for 5 times and it’s always out of stock. The reply was so slow and irresponsible saying that it would have stock tomorrow. 15:00 check in time is not a common time and they are not flexible at all for early check in. Thirdly the house keeping broke into the room without asking which is insane.
