Occidental Tanger

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean and tidy. The chambermaid Ilhame ensures that if anything is missing, it is quickly and well resolved. Breakfast was fine. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Normal stay. The gym was catastrophic. The restaurant staff lacked smiles and seemed stressed. Greetings were only for foreigners, not for Moroccans. Souhaila, the cleaning lady, was very nice. Hicham from pool service was perfect. Salma, the assistant manager, never said hello or smiled, except once when the manager was present. The restaurant prices were exorbitant, especially since everything is far away. Lack of activities. No hospitality supplies in the room toilets. Small fridge. Very good welcome from Kaoutar at reception.

We loved everything, from the room to the pool! The rooms had everything we needed, and the pool area was incredible. Thank you so much!

Check-in is at 3 PM, but the rooms weren't ready until much later. However, check-out is at 12 PM, and if you leave after 12:30 PM, they charge you extra.

I'm delighted with the hotel's service and reception; everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were perfect. One thing that really stood out was the pool attendant – a very friendly young man who took great care of us. He always asked if we needed anything, happily changed our towels whenever we wanted, and always adjusted our chairs with pleasure. I'm thrilled with everything, thank you very much! I'm giving the hotel and its staff 5 stars.

The hotel was superb: the experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything pleased us, the pool was just to our liking, and the rooms were very clean. We had no trouble finding the hotel and felt right at home. I highly recommend it 100% for anyone wanting to spend a stay in Tangier.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's very close to the train station, and there are so many Chinese restaurants nearby. It's really great to be able to eat Chinese food when you're abroad. Plus, the hotel's coffee and breakfast here are quite unique; I recommend trying the Moroccan mint tea, it's delicious.
