Hotel Sentral Seaview @ ​Beachfront

The room is dirty, i can feel it at my feet, some light is damage, make the room dull. Most dissapointed is the air conditioning unit, almost every aircond unit is dirty as hell, you can see it with naked eyes, and when its too dirty it means long time not service on schedule so the room was not cold enough, i had to move the matteres to living area just for my kids to feel some air and feel a bit comfort for them to sleep. Furthermore, my bed also dirty, me & my wife can feel the dust & debris. Bathroom is clean make me felt a bit relieved. The Morning breakfast was good, pleanty of asian food and halal. The Swimming area also very good its has for kids and adult area. Access to sea also easy.

stay and room ok, breakfast ok, facilities ok, restaurant food a bit salty and drink ok. overall still OK. no hantu story, peace and clean.

Room with sea view. Request for double bed but was given twin bed. Good location. Body soap not refilled. No hot shower water. There’s a food court opposite the hotel. Breakfast provided is good.

Even though the place is a bit old. But i must say the cleanliness and also service are very efficient. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. I would say that I will definitely book again for my next trip to Penang.

Air conditioning not cool. Not service. Toilet also problem.

Room and bathroom are spacious, bedding are good but the new pillow is too hard for me. Nice pool and easy access to seaside. Overall good experience.

The view from our room was amazing. For a family of 5 adults, family room is huge enough. We also had breakfast included in our room. Breakfast was good however, u can avoid sitting outside as there is quite a number of crow there. Overall, a very nice stay in Penang!
