Paradise Staycation Beach Penang

Overall, the place felt run-down. The building itself is old and has a gloomy vibe. I think the photos look better than reality, probably due to the lighting. I stayed for two nights, but they only provided towels for one night, so I had to reuse them, which felt like a lack of service. If the service had been better, it might have compensated for the old building. The only good thing was that it connects directly to the beach; you can walk straight out from the lobby onto the sand.

The only minor issue was the slow elevators, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is practically abandoned. Several aggregators share the same building. There's no owner at all. Everything needs repair and replacement. Apparently, nothing has been done since 1995. Everyone maintains it as best they can. At least they don't charge too much; 88 ringgit per night is acceptable. It's perfectly fine for a short stay.

For this price, I'm more than satisfied with this ocean view room. The pool is right downstairs, and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach is all sand, and the sea is full of water – it's fantastic!

The service attitude is very good, I will come again next time. Friends who need it can stay there
