Dissapointed with the service. I’ve booked and paid for deluxe king room with balcony. But received the one with no balcony. I’ve complained, but the management said it is depend on availability. I purposely paid more for balcony. The hotel should revise the term and be more transparent!

It is good welcome drink is provided but please provide more manpower to distribute them. At my time, only 1 person was serving a welcome drink for quite a pack of customers.
No cutlery,they provide stick to stir.
Drinking water is limited. Need to boil by own.
Room spacious. Breakfast superb!
Ambiance wow! The pool is very convenient.

Staffs were well trained and was sincerely welcoming, helpful and friendly! Love the ambience and visually appealing environment. Our room was wonderful too! Our kids love the pool. Breakfast had a good spread of choices and tasted fairly nice. We will definitely come back! Thank you!
