The room and kitchen is dirty. dust underneath the beds is thick. For 6 nights stay only 2 toilet paper, no hand towel . Just 2 bath towel. Utensil need to be replace ( forks bended, frying pan has a wave like the ocean, pot to reheat my soup is filthy with burn thick black ) , stove top not working and dirty with grease including the cabinets. View is excellent. No communication at all , I texted and phone with no reply for my concern at one point the lady declined to give me her name and hang up. She said she is the host and advice me to call the management, called with no reply eventhough I left a voice mail. No hot water for 2 days then reply me in 24 hours later on how to turn it on. People talking in the hallway in the wee hour.

Hotel is in need of modernization . 2 sun beds for 41 floors HELLO , no towels at the pool , no sun lounger covers. Room had to sad excuse for towels ??? So much so we went and purchased some bath towels . Never ever have I had to do this. general property was dirty . I would not stay here again
