The location is convenient and well-connected. While the furniture is somewhat dated and there was a slight smell, likely from the carpet, an air purifier was available in the living room. The room and bathroom lighting could be brighter. The highlight of the stay was the projector lounge. Complemented by the beautiful surrounding scenery. Absolutely disgusting place! I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was the most terrible experience. Everything broken, stinky, moldy, dirty… And the price they charge for this is ridiculous!

Good room with facilities. The staff were very helpful and honest. When checking out accidentally left my wedding ring. They kept it for me after I told them about it. The only thing was the cooking utensils was a little oily before I used it. To improve on the cleanliness a little.

The location is super convenient, really close to Wan Chai Kok. The guesthouse itself is very clean, and being on a high floor, sitting on the balcony at night enjoying the city lights was absolutely stunning.

This hotel is perfectly situated between the city and the famous beach. Plenty of food options and shopping malls are right around the corner. Downstairs and in the immediate vicinity, there's a fantastic food court, numerous malls, cafes, and restaurants, offering a huge variety of choices. The food court even features vendors selling authentic local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel, the scenery is beautiful. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee and savor life.

The room facilities are really outdated. Two years ago, I stayed in Penang for a long time and had a very good impression of this place. I didn't expect the facilities to be so old after just two years. All the bedding, including the sofa, had a strong smell of sweat and body odor, and so did the pillows. Sleeping at night felt like being in a giant's armpit. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and the shower drain was extremely slow, causing a flood every time I showered. I'm glad I only stayed two nights. I'm so disappointed; this stay completely wiped out all the good impressions I had of The Only Bnb. The familiar Chinese female receptionist from two years ago seems to have left. This time it was a Chinese gentleman, who was also very good and easy to communicate with 👍

My second stay here and I really love this place. Spacious appartment with beautiful view and all amenities incl washing machine and dryer. Very pleasant to have spacious terrace with such a nice view, loved to sit here. Short distance to Georgetown (10 min by Grab or there is also a bus in front of the buidling). They also have a the 'spread cafetaria' where you can eat a delicious breakfast. I will defenitily come back here.

Quite convenient, with a sea view and a reasonable distance from the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The mall across the street requires using a pedestrian bridge, which was always the most tiring part of walking to dinner.

The hygiene of this place was really unacceptable. The floor was extremely dirty, and we had to wear slippers to walk inside. There were stains on the pillows from previous guests. Worse still, one of the dining chairs was broken and my mother fell because of it. The overall experience was very bad.
