Check-in was breeze, lobby staffs was helpful. Check-out was express, just drop the room key at the box near the lift @ level 2. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. Very near to Gloria Outlets and the Xpark (but no chance to visit it yet).

I came here for shopping trip @ Gloria outlet. When I first arrived at HSR, I followed the website instruction (with video) to reach the hotel, however the entrance was closed. There was a standing sign very near to the entrance however if I were to enter from the landmark plaza, I needed to retract a bit of distance. I think for customer sake, the standing sign should be nearer to the bridge to warn customers it would not opened and directed them to the shopping mall entrance. It was just a normal hotel probably for families I guess even house keeping, they did not seem to help you on your cup with a used tea bag. I think they are like 3 stars hotel service? The room is pretty big and I feel comfortable. There is no wardrobe but just some hanging clothes place - and without any iron/board. I think the ground floor service staff is good..they are willing to carry my bags when I arrive from taxi. They are also helping me to monitor when my taxi came and called me upon. I felt their warmth .

Excellent location with great food choices and great outlets malls just 3 minutes walking

The best choice if you want to shopping at the outlet (only 5 mins walk) The room quite spacious and clean. There is supermarket available on the opposite side. So many restaurants / malls within the same area of the hotel. Bring the kids to explore at the X park also good choice.

Even though the room was relatively clean, it constantly felt damp and quite uncomfortable. The service was average. While the restaurant was large, the food selection was quite limited. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near a water park and an outlet mall.

Stylish, Comfortable and Convenient Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Cozzi Blu Hotel. The location is right next to Gloria Outlets and Taoyuan HSR station. The room was spacious, clean and had a modern ocean-themed design. There are also chips and drinks at the business centre - complimentary for all guests. Staff were polite, helpful and patient to explain to me the details. Would definitely stay here again especially if we need to be near the airport.

A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities – But Beware the Mosquitoes We stayed at this relatively new hotel and were impressed with its modern facilities. One of the highlights for us was the 24/7 business centre, which offers complimentary refreshments like soft drinks, tea, chips, and crackers. My son absolutely loved it—it felt like our own little secret spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The location is excellent. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a mall next door with plenty of dining options, a cinema, and more. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service that connects to the HSR station for easy access to Taipei. The included breakfast was quite good, and since there aren’t many nearby breakfast options, it was definitely a plus. The staff were generally friendly—maybe not quite at a five-star level, but still pleasant and helpful overall. However, the major downside was the mosquito problem. When we checked into our room, we found more than 20 mosquitoes in the room, and they were also present in common areas like the lobby, restaurant, hallways, and business centre. Unfortunately, my son, who is allergic to mosquito bites, was bitten and had a very painful reaction. This was a big disappointment, especially since we weren’t expecting such an issue indoors. We stayed from late May to early June, so perhaps it was seasonal—but we do feel the hotel should take more proactive measures, especially housekeeping, to address this. Despite the mosquito issue, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Taoyuan, especially for its location and overall value—just be sure to pack insect repellent if you're visiting during mosquito season!

Best hotel location near to the airport. Must importantly it's located at the mall with plenty of food and shopping. It's also most convenient to shop at the Gloria outlet. Hotel and it's room is clean and comfortable.

Flight got cancelled while it was already late in the evening, so decided to stay here for the night instead of staying in Taipei city. The hotel was 15 minutes away from the airport, and taxis and UBER were more than willing to send us (though cheaper to take a taxi). Staff were wonderful and spoke great English. Room was clean and beds so comfortable. Bathroom was huge and had a good sized tub. Ample space for four people to move around, it had a long table, great channels on TV. The business center was open and had comfortable sofas and seats including snacks, drinks and coffee. It was right across the laundry room, so I hung around at the center while waiting for my laundry to finish. I managed to use the laundry facilities. There was only one washer and one dryer so I felt I was extremely lucky that I did not have to wait to use them. There was a family mart next door and a 7-11 around the corner. Both fully stocked and had good options. Unfortunately I did not manage to check out the surround area (shopping outlets, aquarium etc) but I can definitely stay here again for a night or two next time before flying home.

Very nice hotel located just right next to the Taoyuan HSR and MRT Stations. Comfortable, spacious and rather posh rooms. Service level wise needs to be on par with the hotel. Staff lacks the usual ********* hospitality. Checking in and out timings are rather weird at 4pm and 11am respectively. Charges are TWD1000/Hour past the check out timing so fellow travellers do take note of this.

This is the best hotel during my stay in Taiwan. The room is very big, facilities are new and well maintained. Service is good also. We will book again if back to Taoyuan.

Near to Taoyuan high speed rail way station as well as Tao Yuan airport . Excellent breakfast
