Great hotel with good breakfast selection. Friendly staff and spacious hotel room. Next to a cinema and shopping mall. Near the premium outlet and Tao Yuan train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It also offers a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. The location is great, with an outlet mall and a cinema within walking distance, making it easy to shop and dine. The hotel is also about 20 minutes from the airport, so it’s a good option if you have an early morning flight. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The breakfast was below expectations and not worth the extra cost. I would recommend booking a room without the breakfast package. Lastly, the room rate is on the higher side compared to the overall experience. While the location is convenient, better service and breakfast quality would make the stay feel more worthwhile.

This hotel offers a fantastic experience, very comfortable. The location is great, quite close to Taoyuan Airport. It's easy to get an Uber even in the early morning hours. There's a shopping mall right downstairs with plenty of food options, and a direct passage to the outlet mall. Plus, the aquarium is just downstairs too!

I chose Cozzi Blu hotel due to its ideal location, walking distance and over bridge access to the HSR station. The hotel's complimentary shuttle bus service is a huge plus. Moreover, the mall downstairs offers a range of dining options, and its proximity to Gloria outlets is an added bonus. I even tried ordering food through UberEats, and was impressed when the robot delivered it right to my room. One suggestion I have to further enhance the guest experience is to provide bath soap near the bathtub.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. 100/100 The bed was nice. The room was spacious. They give free snacks and drinks in the room. They have a lot of variety of pillows. They also have a water refilling station outside of the room. They have a business room where you can even print something. They have a gym and a laundry area but you need to pay for the laundry I think. The breakfast buffet was superb. A lot of variety and options. However, they don’t change it so after the second day, it kinda gets boring already but it’s still good! They can also help arrange a car service for you if you need one. The only thing I hope they improve is the check in time hehe. It was 4pm. I wish it can be a little bit earlier. But this isn’t a problem at all. The hotel is connected to Gloria Outlet (there’s a bridge directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor). It’s also connected to Xpark. Also, it’s connected to a mini mall (I forgot the name) where you can easily choose a food to eat. Just beware that almost all the restos closses at 9pm and a lot of resto only receives customers before 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel when you plan to shop in Gloria Outlets. It was very convenient, clean and spacious. ☺️

This hotel was recommended to me by AI, which said it had a good rating. I was traveling alone for business, but when I booked, there were no king rooms left, so I had to settle for a twin room. To my surprise, the room was incredibly spacious – so much so that it made me a little uneasy. There was a small incident when I checked in: my room was the very last one at the end of the hallway. Even though I went in, I just felt uncomfortable sitting in the room. As a single woman on a business trip in Taiwan, I decided to request a room change. I got a much better room closer to the elevator and more in the middle of the floor. It's only a 10-minute walk to the High-Speed Rail station and MRT station from here. Across the street, there's a Pxmart supermarket and a small noodle shop, both of which serve really tasty food. The food in the shopping mall, however, was both expensive and unappetizing.

Love the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.

The room is big. Two king size beds . Staffs super friendly. Close to Taoyuan airport . Perfect for last night if you have flights the next day . X space is an excellent aquarium.lots of creatures to see. Kids can spend lots of time in Chiao hu wonderland

Hotel room is spacious and quiet. Nearby has good access to resturant and convenient shops. Even a 全家supermarket opposite the hotel.

Great location. Close to MRT and HSR. Next to a lot of shopping. Very friendly staff. English speaking, but not a lot of written English. Example: I didn't know about the water refill stations until the middle of the night. All signage was in Chinese and water bottles are not provided.

Highly recommended! It would be even better if breakfast was included. They kindly upgraded my room for free.

Love this hotel so much, room is huge and clean. Price is reasonable too.
