+ located exactly beside of Laojie River MRT station (A22). About 09 station away from Airport Terminal 2 (A13).
+ 10 minutes walking to Zhongli Night Market (sell local food and some accessories, open start from 18:00 up)
+ Room very big. Newly refurbish, have bathup inside. We book families room, and got 02 kingsize bed inside.
Notes :
* dont googling this hotel at google maps, you will get lost.. when i arrive airport, and typing this hotel name, the result is exactly same name hotel, but far away from origin location. Open this hotel from trip.com , and take guidance navigation maps from there
* this hotel doesn’t have big billboard name, so you have to take extra caution while looking for this hotel. Exactly besides of Laojie River station - Le Midi Hotel. Lobby at 30th floor.
* this hotel located at Taoyuan Area, not in main city Taipei. Suitable for those who need short transit. i book this hotel because i have morning flight tomorrow at 09:00. MRT already open from 06:00, and only need 25minutes to reach airport.
Really recomend this hotel!!
Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of third-hand smoke. The sofa had noticeable dirt in its crevices that hadn't been cleaned, and the decor felt a bit dated. However, the hardware facilities were comfortable, and the breakfast selection was quite decent. It's definitely worth the price, and the location right next to Zhongli Night Market is excellent.
I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley, here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.
Overall good location near MRT station, clean room and value mid tier hotel. Pleasant staff overall.
Was also weird that I was told hotel appears to have strict check in/check out times, and does not have late checkout policy (even when offered to pay for late check out till late afternoon). Was told that 1 hour extension will also be at full day rate.
Overall pleasant stay. Thank you.
Relatively small room while compared with nearby hotels. Noise isolation needs to be improved, often being disturbed by other rooms. A non-smoking room with smoke got into our room. Someone smoked in another room even triggered a fire alarm, ridiculous!!
This internet cafe-style e-sports hotel doesn't even have the most basic instant noodles. The towels are stained. The computer equipment is OK, but the bed is too soft and my back hurts so much I can't stand it. Breakfast is a main course that can be eaten in two bites. The buffet is not very good, but it has basic bread, eggs, and sausage.
Highly recommend and will be back! Room , common areas, service staff, and laundry machines were really nice.
Within 5min-10min walking distance to the night market and the train station.
The overall environment was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent!
• 24-hour self-service snack area (behind the lobby on 1F): Ice cream, drinks, coffee, cookies, and instant noodles are always available. In the mornings, bread and toast are also provided. The seating area is comfortable and quiet, with some magazines available, making it a great place to relax.
• Free massage chairs (2F): There are four massage chairs that you can use anytime.
• Double room space: Both the room and bathroom were quite clean and spacious.
Minor drawbacks: The room window was a bit small; also, the soundproofing in the bathroom was a bit weak, as you could hear footsteps from upstairs. However, it became quieter late at night and didn't affect sleep. Overall, the minor flaws didn't detract from the experience, and I still highly recommend it!
Booked a quad room and parking wasn't included. Had to pay 200 per night for parking next door, and since we had two cars, that was an extra 800. I would've been better off booking a star-rated hotel, it would've been cheaper and included a buffet breakfast! We did get breakfast, but since it was a weekday, it wasn't a buffet. It was just a set meal and drink per person. The Americano had sugar added and the latte wasn't good. The room was a bit humid and the wallpaper had some mildew stains, but overall it was fine, no strange smells, just a strong fragrance. The curtains suddenly fell down at night, but I managed to put them back up. For four people, there wasn't enough space for our belongings or to move around. The front desk staff weren't very friendly.
Perfect location and well furnished.
Two issues though:
1. The room has the lingering cigarette smell, which maybe is good for smokers, but not so much for non smokers.
2. The breakfast was quite below average. You can practically skip all the cooked food and just go for the bread and spread instead. We even tried the chocolate drink made by the machine but it was bland and diluted.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended to me by AI, which said it had a good rating. I was traveling alone for business, but when I booked, there were no king rooms left, so I had to settle for a twin room. To my surprise, the room was incredibly spacious – so much so that it made me a little uneasy. There was a small incident when I checked in: my room was the very last one at the end of the hallway. Even though I went in, I just felt uncomfortable sitting in the room. As a single woman on a business trip in Taiwan, I decided to request a room change. I got a much better room closer to the elevator and more in the middle of the floor. It's only a 10-minute walk to the High-Speed Rail station and MRT station from here. Across the street, there's a Pxmart supermarket and a small noodle shop, both of which serve really tasty food. The food in the shopping mall, however, was both expensive and unappetizing.
GGuest UserHad a Very nice stay. Hotel is super clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is very conveniently located near the train station so it's easy to explore the surrounding towns. There is a huge bookstore next door which is fun for browsing and shopping. Many interesting eateries nearby especially southeast Asian cuisine. 2nd photo shows the street the hotel is on, while the 3rd photo shows the view from the room.
我我獨自旅行This backpacker room uses a traditional key lock, not a key card or electronic access. You need to carry the key with you whenever you enter or exit, which is a bit inconvenient, but as long as you keep it safe, it's actually quite secure. The door lock is sturdy and turns smoothly, with no looseness or sticking.
The mattress offers good support; it's not too soft and doesn't sag. It doesn't shake when you turn over. The pillow height is just right, and the duvet is clean and odorless. Overall, I slept very comfortably and felt refreshed the next day.
The bathroom is clean and tidy. The shower has strong water pressure, and the water temperature adjusts responsively, without fluctuating between hot and cold. The drain works smoothly, with no pooling of water, making it very convenient to use overall.
GGuest UserVery good location
convenient
But the smell of smoke is too strong
Harmful to the health of guests
Channel 4 is not good
The quilt is too small
There is always someone who can't cover me in the middle of the night
The breakfast shop next door is good.
CCHUN LOKThis price is very cost-effective, the room layout is very comfortable, the facilities are sufficient, and most importantly, the environment is very good. It is worth trying again and again
GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel with incredibly convenient transportation. It's just 20 meters from the subway station exit and also very close to the airport, making it easy for travelers to take the subway here right after landing. The location is super easy to find.
