This was my second stay at the hotel. It's located right next to the Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area. There aren't many on-site dining options, so both times I opted for Uber Eats, as our small group wasn't really suited for the large, family-style set meals typical of the live-fish restaurants in the area. The recreational facilities are excellent! There's a ball pit and various interactive parent-child activities perfect for toddlers. For older children, they have a Nintendo Switch, basketball arcade machines, and a billiard room. Highly recommended! The swimming pool is semi-indoor. It got quite chilly swimming at night, but having a pool is always a big plus. Breakfast was the standard fare you'd expect from the Howard Plaza Hotel group, and the beef noodles were particularly delicious.

The host is really very nice and friendly. We have understood well and he always helped us when we had a question. The stay was very good. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a washing machine and a kitchen as well as a drinking water donor.

Booking with the app is also convenient, but this is the second time I have encountered a hotel in the north and told me to be mainly on-site, because I read the rule on the app that 0～ 5 years old can be free to stay, but the waiter said that it depends on the height, which 5 years old is more than 110 cm long, you must add a head fee 😑 The problem is that the policies and norms on the app do not say that height should be the standard, and there are no remarks that should be based on the hotel site! If every time I book the discount on the app, I have finished reading the rules. Do I have to call the hotel again and ask the hotel if there are different rules other than the app? And there was a waiter who would question how I could book a room before? Discount 😓 Isn't App booking a discount and convenient, does anyone like to use it 😑?

The four-person room was quite spacious and relatively clean, with a refrigerator. The toilet had a separate unit, but I wish the shower head holder could be adjusted. Personally, I don't like the small tiles in the bathroom. Also, I hope the driveway signs can be more clearly indicated; Google Maps places it at the back door, not the entrance/manager's location.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience. The family checked into the hotel at night. The free heated swimming pool and SPA in the hotel appropriately relieved their fatigue. Although the game room and gym are not big, they have everything you need. The next day a cold wave hit, and the hotel also prepared heating, highly recommended! The Xiangwangshang restaurant is also worth recommending. The food is healthy and tastes good. It is worth a try. Otherwise, there is a 7-11 in B1, which is convenient, but the business hours are not 24 hours.

It is a great place for entertaining and educational purposes. If you like baseball, you can't miss it. The Snoopy theme pavilion, amusement park, and parent-child play area are great! There are afternoon teas available, the staff are very patient in explaining the activities in the museum, and there are souvenirs to take home (aromatherapy essential oil diffusers), and the breakfast is also delicious! Unfortunately it rained when we went there, so all outdoor activities were cancelled. Even so, it was still a pleasant family trip.

Newly renovated, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms are a good size too. While there's no bathtub, it does have a separate shower and toilet area, which I personally prioritize. We booked two rooms this time, one double and one quad, but both came with two double beds. One room even had an oven, which was a unique touch. There weren't many guests staying that day, so the breakfast was very basic, which I understand. If breakfast is a big deal for you, this might not be the best fit. The surroundings are quiet.

The hotel bathroom is new and there is a jacuzzi. There is also a bath powder. In addition, the toilet is free of toilet. The sink is also new. It is very clean. The hotel room also provides a massage chair.
