The wooden house is very beautiful ๐ The air is very good and quiet. It is a good choice for city people to stay away from the hustle and bustle. You can also sit outside the house at night to enjoy the stars. Although there is no air conditioner, it is enough to turn on the fan. The proprietress is enthusiastic in service! I have a lot of cute cats and dogs with love... Fruit trees, the breakfast included is very rich and delicious ๐ including boiled eggs, fried eggs, fried fish, fried mountain pork, fried vegetables and purple rice sweet potato porridge ๐ Itโs so good to forget to take pictures ๐คญ When I left, I also sent me a few boiled eggs under my chicken to eat on the road. After breakfast, I donโt even have to eat lunch, because Iโm full, thank you โค๏ธ The entrance to the homestay must be very careful to find. It takes a small road like a secret place to drive to reach it. It is very close to Lala Mountain. It is recommended ๐๐๐

CCharlene teeLove the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.

AAnonymous UserThis established five-star hotel boasts excellent staff training. Ms. Marine's friendly service during check-in made us feel incredibly welcome and at home! We had booked an executive twin room, which originally had one king and one single bed, but we were upgraded to two king beds. The bathroom and toilet in the room were very clean and new, and both the bathtub and shower had very comfortable hot water. The hotel is also within walking distance of Sogo Department Store and the night market.

EEricๅThe hotel room's decor is superb. The staff provided excellent service. Plus, the in-room amenities and snacks are free and unlimited.
The area around the hotel feels very safe, and the surroundings are also excellent, with fresh air. There are convenience stores nearby, making it easy to buy food.
It's a pity I had to leave before 5 AM, so I couldn't enjoy the hotel breakfast.
There's a microwave near the hotel's main entrance.
The room is very spacious, and the shower facilities are top-notch. The color scheme of the room's decor is also very pleasing.
The bathtub in the room is also very large.
My only regret was finding some small holes above my bed in room 107. I was extremely worried they might be pinhole cameras installed by someone. So, on the night I checked in, I immediately reported it to the hotel. The staff were excellent; they promptly helped cover them with opaque tape. This staff member also personally promised to inform their management about the issue and follow up.
I hope that next time I stay at this hotel, I won't encounter such problems.
The hotel is very close to Taoyuan International Airport. A taxi ride back to Terminal 1 of Taoyuan International Airport in the morning only cost me 365 New Taiwan Dollars. So, if you have an early morning flight, choosing this hotel is definitely the right decision due to its excellent location.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! ๐ The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! ๐
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. โบ๏ธ
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! ๐ฅณ So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! โบ๏ธ
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!

็ถLocation is its biggest selling point, just a few minutes' walk from Zhongli Railway Station and Bus Station, making it convenient for all modes of transportation. The location is undeniably excellent. However, the hotel itself is rather old, and the facilities are lacking. I even occasionally encountered small insects in the room. I think it's more suitable for travelers without children, someone who will stay one night and leave the next day. It's an acceptable option.

FFranzcessWe chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Taoyuan Airport, as we had a 19-hour layover in Taiwan. Since I was traveling with seniors, we decided to book a hotel rather than stay at the airport. The taxi ride to the hotel cost us around NTD 200, and the hotel arranged a return taxi to the airport for the same priceโjust make sure to let them know in advance. The room was spacious and clean, and there were water dispensers on every floor, in addition to bottled water provided in the room. We had to leave for the airport by 5 a.m. the next day, and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of time. Overall, it was a great hotel experience, and we will definitely stay here again during our next layover in May.

CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep โ even though the bed was really comfortable โ because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late๏ฟผ and even gave me some instant noodle cups.๏ฟผ I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished. ๏ฟผ
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese. ๏ฟผ
