My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

Very nice hotel with cozy spa! Rooms are clean and modern, not so small, beds and pillows comfortable. The only remark was regarding breakfast, the food served was not so warm, as I was expecting it to be, but the variety of choices solved this problem!

Perfect location in the city. It's a stylish hotel with very comfy beds. Rooms are very clean, very good breakfast, staff is also super helpful and friendly. Spa is small but has 3 saunas and pool, very cosy. Perfect! Definitely will be back.

Very cozy, but also luxe, had everything we could have hoped for. Very nice beautiful little spa; tiny fitness center, but with all the most useful equipment; excellent breakfast and service. The room was beautiful too, with a nice mix of old and new.

Amazing rooms, everything is clean and neat. Spa was small, but had everything for adults and for a good time. Also, nothing were broken and the anniversary surprise was the most delightful. The food is to die for! Stuff is very helpful, friendly, always smiling and warm. Thank you very much for the experience, we have found our new favorite hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room. Great atmosphere for couples and business travelers but A also for family vacation. Everything was easily accessible with baby stroller. Restaurant had a playroom and plenty of feeding chairs.

The interior was a bit tired, but the overall experience was excellent. Lobby was very luxurious and free hot drinks made it very cozy. We had view to the park which we enjoyed, but I hope others didn’t see inside, because 5th floor window was on the same level as park. Breakfast was delicious and there was fresh egg dish possibilities. Don’t get this review wrong because those negative aspects were minor when looking at the whole package. Excellent vacation hotel.

Excellent experience. Modern, beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful and professional receptionist. Very clean, stylish, comfortable. Room was very well equipped. Great location near Old Town, theaters, museums and good restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and we highly recommend hotel Lydia.
