All in all it was okay. We didn’t miss anything, only the receptionist was somewhat chilled and the waiters in the restaurant were plainly rude. Maybe they all had a bad day, who knows.

Hotel cariano poco lontano dal centro parcheggio comodo,personale gentile, buon prezzo,camere carine e pulite,occorrerebbe qualche cuscino piu' duro, (sono tutti sottilisimi),da migliorare certamente la colazione,con qualche dolce fatto a mano,un po di ,pane integrale,un po di mandorle, prugne,muesli assortiti,avena,miele integrale,e sempre frutta fresca!

hotel disgustoso personale ancora peggio, meglio il maxi di fianco. Per non parlare dei proprietari, maleducati e incompetenti non sanno neanche loro quello che devono fare spesso e volentieri sbavano, bestemmiano in areception e sbattono porte. Mi è stata spacciata una pasta al pomodoro per una amatriciana e quando l ho riferito al cameriere si è messa in mezzo la proprietaria con molta arroganza dicendo “qui io la faccio così” e allora signora non chiamarla amatriciana perché ti fai ridere dietro come fa tutti noi😂🤮🤮

Noi siamo andati in gruppo. Gestione pessima, maleducati, cafoni e arroganti. Ti vendono servizi che non funzionano, la Spa non funziona con la scusa di un guasto tecnico, ma al telefono ti confermano che c'è. La Skiroom non funziona, anche qui la scusa di un disguido, Per noi che eravamo un gruppo, la qualità del cibo pessima, dolci confezionati da supermercato. Servizio indecente, con i camerieri che ti portano le pietanze e le bottiglie dell'acqua con le dita dentro, con un contorno di bestemmie....

Per due primi abbiamo aspettato un’ora e mezza, come le altre persone in sala. Su due drink ordinati, ne è arrivato solo uno. Tavolo non apparecchiato a dovere, e servizio in sala inadeguato. Prezzo medio ma non proporzionato alla qualità del cibo (appena sufficiente) e tantomeno del servizio stesso. Sconsigliato.

La pizzeria del ristorante del hotel fa una pizza napoletana buonissima.

Personale cordiale, hotel pulito e pizza davvero ottima. Camere semplici, ma ampie. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta del bagno: il titolare è subito intervenuto e ci ha risolto all’istante il disagio. La cameriera che lavora in sala è da 5 stelle: brava, veloce, loquace. Promosso!

L’ hotel è carino e ha camere abbastanza ampie ma con pochi confort. Il bagno era grande ma poco curato. Colazione buona e personale molto gentile. La sera abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, molto carino. Cena ottima, pizza napoletana molto buona.
