GGuest UserFacilities: The Snow Hotel is well-equipped, including a lobby, lounge area, restaurant, and laundry facilities. The rooms are equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, which are incredibly convenient for mainland Chinese travelers! Cleanliness: The parking lot and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, demonstrating the owner's dedication! Environment: Upon entering the lobby, you'll be greeted by a pleasant aroma of incense. The room was fresh and odorless, and the view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was especially captivating. Service: The front desk was very welcoming at check-in! The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping with our luggage. Location: The hotel is ideally located near nearby attractions and conveniently located for transportation.

GGuest UserAn amazing stay in a picturesque location. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was both spacious and cosy, and despite the temperature falling to -15°C we never felt cold ever in our tent. The food options were delicious and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was provided with a smile by the diligent staff, whom despite our language barrier did their best to cater to our needs. The view alone is enough to make us want to return to this place. Thank you so much for making our stay so excellent and smooth!

GGuest UserStaying at the Banlan Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm hospitality of the front desk staff, who proactively helped with my luggage and responded instantly to any questions, treating me like family. The room was impeccably clean; the bedding was spotless and odorless. The bathroom was impeccably clean with a separate shower and toilet, and the smart toilet was very comfortable to use. Even the corners were dust-free. The amenities were perfectly suited for the high-altitude environment; the oxygen supply system and humidifier were incredibly useful, ensuring a comfortable and dry night's sleep. The air conditioning and underfloor heating were excellent, and the internet was super fast. Stepping out the door revealed the beautiful snow-capped peak of Muztagh Ata. To be able to witness such breathtaking high-altitude scenery from such a room made this a truly unforgettable stay.

GGuest UserI booked this place for a yurt experience and it was great! The owners are friendly, hilarious and I saw them check in on the other guests to make sure they are alright after experience altitude sickness. They also gave us some advice to avoid suffering related symptoms during our stay. The room is spacious and clean. And some might worry that it could get cold at night, not a chance in this yurt as they have provided heater in multiple forms that ensure it was cozy enough for us. It is a yurt, so as the wind is blowing heavily outside, you will hear some sound, but for me, that's just adds to the experience. The amenities are complete. The location wise, it is a bit out of town, but if you don't own a car, you could still call a cab to get back to the hostel from the town. Keep the owners number in case you need to call for help. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for the two of us.😊

GGuest UserThe room is very clean. There is an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier in the room. In such a dry place, it is very convenient to turn on the humidifier to sleep at night. The lobby on the first floor is the dining area. They also have yak hot pot. The taste is very authentic. The boss and service staff are very enthusiastic. The price-performance ratio is very high!!!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. There's parking in the backyard. A few hundred meters away is a vegetable market and a supermarket, making it convenient for buying fruit. My drone landed at the hotel the next day, and they immediately called the front desk, who found it for me.

TTixiangxiangIt was my first time in Xinjiang and my first time in Tashi County. I chose to stay here because it was my daughter's second birthday. There were bonfire parties and folk dance performances, but my daughter went to bed too early every day and didn't see any of them. However, the hostess helped us order a birthday cake and sent us fruit, which made her birthday a special occasion. The breakfast here was delicious, and the host's homemade bamboo shoots were also delicious, and they were a great pairing with porridge. The host is from Hunan, and the Hunan cuisine is very authentic. Being able to eat authentic Hunan cuisine here is also a blessing for Guizhou people. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt is the peak tourist season in Tashan County now. It is difficult to book rooms in various hotels. The front desk told us when we checked in that I was quick to grab it and it would be taken down and left to someone else if I was slower! Are you lucky?
