The hotel's location is great, but the facilities are quite old, and the service could be better, especially considering it's over 1000 RMB a night. It's right by the Presidential Palace, and it's quiet and safe at night. If there aren't any better options, I'd probably stay here again.

I had a one night stay here but it was comfortable and good stay. Pretty decent breakfast buffet in the morning, comfortable, large enough room, attentive staff, good slippers in room, overall, nice stay. 10 mins walking distance from one of the metro stations. I would stay again.

The hotel is a bit outdated in interior but it’s the services made it stand out. The staff is friendly, welcoming and more than happy to offer help. There is a wide range of choice for breakfast, and what surprised me is kimchi and shin ramen are also served! Not close to metro station, but can reach two metro stations with 5 mins walk.

The environment was great! The room was spotless and smelled lovely. Plus, every room has a small balcony, which is a huge bonus – I loved having it. The hotel staff provided excellent service; they were very attentive and quite good-looking too! The breakfast was also delicious. There are plenty of comfortable sofa areas, perfect for business travelers.

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was cozy, the gym was convenient, and the breakfast quickly became something I looked forward to every day. Even more outstanding was their service. They have a concierge named Samir, who is incredibly resourceful and eagerly helped me settle in. Thanks to him, I was able to set off for other cities and truly enjoy my time in Uzbekistan. Tashkent Palace is the perfect place for visitors to start their journey in Uzbekistan and to relax before their departure.
