We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very happy! The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. It had everything we needed: a hairdryer, toiletries, and a kettle. The reception staff were very polite and checked us in quickly. Breakfasts were hearty and varied. There was a clean swimming pool with sun loungers. There are small shops and a restaurant near the hotel. You have to walk a bit to get to the metro station. The Wi-Fi signal was good. There's an ATM in the lobby for exchanging cash dollars for local currency. The hotel was recommended to us, and we definitely don't regret it! We will definitely come back here again!

Way too expensive with high rate of tax. Very poor in term of service.Not flexible at all.Requested late check out at 4pm as my flight is at 8 pm and need to pay 50% extra.Too rigid. Front desk is not helpful at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost your vitamins. The pool water looked quite clean too. The front desk was able to store our luggage for a short period before check-in and after check-out.

Love this hotel . I like the building of this hotel. Very nice & simple like in Europe. The staff name Usmon was very helpful. Arrange transport to us to Archazor back & forth. And update us at any time. He can speak English well too. The breakfast was nice. My room was big & very clean. But i dont like the bed is quite hard for me as i like the soft one. Its near the main road but it was soundproof very good. Near to many restaurants & korzinka

1. This hotel is expensive; after booking and paying, you still have to pay a tourism tax upon arrival. 2. In the dead of winter, there was no heating in the room. 3. The sauna was underground and just so-so. 4. The room photos differed from the actual room size and description. The deluxe king room was extremely small; what kind of deluxe is that?
