Garnet Mir Hotel

The hotel is easy to find, right by the road, with parking lots on both sides and restaurants nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and hygienic. The only downside was that the towels and bedding were a bit old, but everything else was great.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The environment, air conditioning, and facilities are really competitive in Tashkent. The front desk staff who helped me check in at night was very friendly and introduced me to a lot of the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. However, it's a shame I didn't receive any welcome fruit. Late check-out was available, but unfortunately, there was some spoiled food left in the fridge from the previous guest, which housekeeping needs to address.

Clean, tidy, and new – I really liked it. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, but the choice of location is up to each individual. The coffee was delicious, and breakfast was good. I recommend it.

The hotel's location is great, with many shops nearby. The overall decor is quite refined, and the room facilities are complete, making for a comfortable stay. However, upon check-in, the tax amount quoted by the front desk didn't match what I was told when booking, leading to a lengthy discussion. The breakfast selection was decent, but the staff there were also quite cold. In summary, the hotel facilities are good, but the service is lacking.

The location is mediocre; if you want to explore the city center, it's a 25-minute drive. The room is clean, and breakfast is delicious and varied. Everyone mentions the sewage smell in the bathroom, and yes, it's there, but it disappears after using the plumbing fixtures. They charged more than stated on the website during check-in, but it was sorted out, and the difference was refunded. If you're traveling by car, there are hardly any parking spaces near the hotel, and the ones belonging to the hotel are occupied by locals.

Excellent hotel! The room was nice and bright, with all the amenities. The staff were attentive and friendly.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It has a convenient location and comfortable beds.
