Novza palace hotel

Compared to other hotels in the same category, this Chinese-owned hotel definitely offers better value for money. The facilities are excellent and very new. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly warm and attentive. She even helped us arrange a taxi when she found out we were going to the plov center for dinner.

The hotel's location is excellent, though it's quite a distance from the airport. However, they offer a very convenient airport pick-up service, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very easy. Overall, the hotel service is good, and the environment and facilities are decent. They provide Chinese cuisine and are very friendly to Chinese guests. It's a good choice for business travelers.

Clean and tidy, and a pleasant surprise that the front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese! They helped me arrange a car rental and answered all my questions about local tours. Quite satisfied. The self-service breakfast had a great variety of dishes. A wonderful experience overall.

The owner arranged airport pickup, which was great. The hotel's location is convenient for taxis to all the scenic spots, and there are several highly-rated local restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. The only downside was a cigarette smell coming from the vent, presumably from someone smoking in another room and it traveling through the air ducts. But honestly, you can't blame the hotel for that. Overall, five-star rating.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. It's very conveniently located in the city center, close to the airport, and public transport is easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some even spoke Chinese. The room was also cleaned very well every day. Highly recommend!

Transiting in Tashkent for a day, I had a very comfortable stay. The owner was super thoughtful, picking us up directly outside the airport, making our arrival completely effortless. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, which I was very pleased with. All the front desk staff spoke Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. I'll definitely be back!!!!! (This isn't a fake review, it's a genuine one. I actually have pretty high standards for hotels, but this place perfectly met them, making my stay very pleasant.)
