Very friendly staff and it's convenient that you can check in even at night.

The room was incredibly run-down. While the price wasn't high and the photos seemed accurate, the reality was quite dismal. The walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom requires a complete refresh; the shower head and hose were worn out, and there wasn't even a bath mat. The duvet for the double bed was too small, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. Soundproofing was a major issue; neighbors checked in at 1 AM, banging doors and yelling until 2:30 AM. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was free parking available nearby.

A good, clean hotel. Breakfasts are hearty with a good variety. We had a room on the third floor, and the main thing is that the window didn't face the road, so it was quiet. Hot water is always available. The only downside is no refrigerator; I didn't notice this when booking and didn't expect it to be missing. The air conditioning is excellent and quiet. Good for a couple of nights. It's important to know that all hotels charge an additional tourist tax of approximately $5 per person per night.

Convenient location, not far from the airport. Friendly staff. Clean, with all the essentials provided. Tasty breakfast. Good WiFi.

Everything was good. We booked a room with four beds just to spend the night. On the downside, we only found one power outlet in the whole room (it's hard to charge multiple devices at once). Also, a closet door in the room was broken, but it wasn't critical for us since we didn't use it.

This hotel is of Chinese heritage. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and they made a displeased face when I asked for help with my luggage. The cleanliness was poor everywhere, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. I will not be returning.

Everything was great, although it's a bit far from the city center. But a taxi ride only costs 100-150 rubles, so getting to any attractions is not a problem. We recommend it! The only thing we didn't like were the ironing and laundry services. I waited and called for the staff, but they didn't come over; they just sat there chatting and laughing. And I really needed the service urgently.
