A wonderful experience in Bishkek! This cozy hotel left a great impression on us. The hotel manager was very polite, and the layout of the hotel felt really welcoming!

Good hotel. My main complaint is that I got the smallest room; it was fine for one person to spend the night, but it wouldn't be very comfortable for two. Also, it's quite a distance to the metro if you plan on using it (I took taxis). Within walking distance, there's the popular Beshqozon restaurant, where you can try various types of pilaf. The staff were good and responsive. My only major disappointment is that for some reason, they didn't tell me I'd left items in my room, even though I didn't leave the hotel immediately. I left my suitcase at storage and returned a couple of hours later.

We booked a room for one night – and that’s probably the maximum you can endure at this hotel. On the positive side, the room had heated floors in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a safe, a tasty breakfast in the morning, and panoramic windows in the dining area. That's where the good points end. The interior clearly needs renovation: the floor is worn laminate, which looks untidy. We booked a room that was 20-25 sq m, but in reality, it turned out to be about 15 sq m. But the main issue is cleanliness. In the bathroom, near the sink, there were dead insects on the wall. This isn't just unpleasant; it raises questions about the establishment's sanitary standards. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised by the headboard, which had dark stains, also indicating a lack of proper cleaning. If you're planning to stay here for several days, think carefully: the conditions, in my opinion, don't even meet basic standards. Also, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is held upon booking and returned after check-out. The money is returned after a week, so don't expect to get it back the very next day.

Good budget hotel. Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The room has a kettle, tea, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. There's a budget canteen on the next street with large portions and tasty food. There's also a 7-Eleven (open 24 hours). The only thing is that the website showed a booking price that would be refunded later. You have to pay on the spot in local currency; we paid with a Kazakhstan card. The final price was 3000 rubles. A simple booking deposit was 1800 rubles, which confused us. We thought we were paying 1800 rubles, but it turned out to be 3000 rubles.

Great value stay with excellent breakfast in Tashkent We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option. The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here. The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower. There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station. There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

Everything was fine. The man and woman at the reception desk provided good service. We had an emergency where the water in the area was shut off. Unfortunately, no one could resolve the issue, and we had to wait a long time for the water to be turned back on. However, on our departure day, they extended our check-out until 2 PM. Thank you!
