Layan hotel

I booked a family room but was given a twin room in the basement. The hotel seems to have just opened in September, so it's quite new, but the renovation smell is very strong. As soon as I opened the door to the basement room, my eyes started watering. Since I was only staying for one night and had an early bullet train to another city at 7 AM the next day, I didn't bother to change rooms. I won't even get into the other service issues.

I really liked the hotel! It's new and modern! The service was excellent 🙌 Especially the man in the dining room, he was very attentive and courteous (the one with the gold teeth) 😊

The hotel seems new, but there's no shower curtain in the bathroom. The room itself is very small, not suitable for a long stay. The pool isn't working, and there's no elevator. Breakfast has a limited selection. The staff are friendly and the location is good.

The hotel room was very clean and well-designed, making it easy to use. The shower was set up so that the toilet area wouldn't get soaked. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes and was quite satisfying.

Everything was great. The front desk staff, Husan, was very friendly and provided prompt service. The breakfast was also excellent, with food constantly being refilled. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were very good, and getting a taxi was also convenient.

After checking in, the experience was great. The room was very clean, and the exterior of the hotel was newly renovated. The staff was also very friendly. Husan was particularly helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. The breakfast, in particular, was incredibly rich and delicious. I feel like Layan hotel is the most cost-effective hotel in the area.

Although it's far from the station, it was clean and I was satisfied! The staff were always present during breakfast and were helpful if I needed anything 😊 I'm not sure why some people left bad reviews.

The facilities are very neat and clean. Husan was very friendly, especially Donyor, who actively helped us carry our luggage to the 3rd floor as soon as we arrived! We had a comfortable and sufficient rest. I highly recommend it! I look forward to them installing an elevator to make it even more convenient for guests ^_^

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but it seemed like there was an electrical issue in the room. Even with the key card inserted, the lights would turn off. If I pulled the card out and reinserted it, the lights would come back on, but then turn off again after about 20 seconds. It might have been some kind of malfunction. Aside from that, I was very satisfied.
