Krokus Plaza Hotel

I frequently stay at this hotel when I'm on business in Tashkent. It's probably the top choice for all Chinese business travelers visiting Tashkent, often fully booked and difficult to reserve. This is mainly because the hotel offers excellent service in all aspects: a great environment, clean rooms, delicious food, and superior housekeeping. Those who enjoy sports can use the gym and swimming pool. The overall stay experience is fantastic. The hotel owner is very kind; if you encounter any difficulties locally, you can reach out to him for guidance or direct assistance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel isn't bad – I liked it, but there are a few things to note. It's a bit far from the city center (though honestly, it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride to any point in the city). The rooms are spacious and clean, and the air conditioning, appliances, and in-room safe all work. Be prepared for the fact that the hotel caters primarily to Chinese guests. This means the lobby might smell of smoke, and the breakfast buffet mainly offers Chinese-style dishes, which can sometimes be too salty, bland, or even cold. It's better to grab breakfast at the nearby bazaar, where you can find delicious, tender manty (the pumpkin ones are especially exquisite and melt in your mouth). One day I wanted to swim in the pool, but I changed my mind when I saw it hadn't been cleaned in days and pigeons were bathing and drinking in it.

This hotel is run by Chinese owners, making language communication, dining, and currency exchange very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The restaurant serves three meals a day, and there's a pool on the ground floor.

Excellent! They even have a swimming pool and the food is good. Definitely recommended. They also offer free registration upon arrival. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. If I have the chance, I'd stay here again.

Excellent for Chinese guests, with a rich and delicious breakfast. The owner is very welcoming, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service is fantastic, saving us from taxi detours! The room was clean and hygienic!

This is a great hotel, run by Chinese owners. You can even exchange currency here. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious and very clean. They also offer airport shuttle service.
