Very Bad experience I have been told that they will charge me two bedrooms for the night of 9.3.24 while I only made a booking for that night I booked 3 nights through you for 7.3 , 9.3 and 10.3 but only one bedroom. Would like to raise a complaint to you accordingly. Ramon Jove Pons.

Many hotels in Tashkent are relatively small, equivalent to domestic hotels. Because there are many people living in the United States in China, I also chose Mercure in Tashkent. Unlike domestic Mercure, which is operated by Huazhu, Mercure Tashkent is independently operated by AccorHotels, and many standards are different from those in China. But let’s talk. The internal environment of this hotel is very good, the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is very rich (compared to other hotels, incomparable to domestic ones), and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. Stayed here for the second time. I liked it less this time: the room was smaller. And immediately upon check-in, the manager tried to prove to us that in their program the room was booked for only 1 person, although in the application it was written that the room was for 2. He spent 10 minutes proving that this was not so and we needed to pay extra. They called the elder, who resolved the issue in a second and checked us in and brought hot tea to our room. Otherwise, the room is clean, recently renovated. It's a 10-minute drive to the airport and the center. The spa is good: there is a sauna, hammam and swimming pool.

The sanitation is very good, the location is average, there is no place to go nearby, it is hard to find, and it is quite remote. There are many types of breakfast, but few are suitable for Chinese tastes.

Mr. Maftuna and Mr. Oltinbek, I forgot to ask their names, but the man who carried our luggage to the taxi when we headed to the airport was very kind and attentive. The location makes it difficult to sightsee on foot, but you can go to most sightseeing spots by taxi for 200 to 300 yen, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The hotel facilities are very nice and I think it's the perfect hotel to relieve the fatigue of your trip. The breakfast had the most variety and deliciousness during my trip to Uzbekistan.
