The room was clean and well equipped, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly. It showed 17°C, but the room was still uncomfortably hot. The room had a refrigerator, but it switched off whenever the key card was removed. As a result, every time we returned to the room, our food had spoiled, the drinking water was warm, and there was a pool of melted water inside the refrigerator.
