Hampton by Hilton Tashkent

This hotel is well-rounded in all aspects, and I'm generally very satisfied. The front desk staff speak good English, making communication smooth. There's also a 24-hour bar with drinks available, and free dried fruit snacks. The breakfast is generally good, with items changing daily. On weekdays, it's served until 12 PM, which is very considerate of guests' needs. The staff are also very diligent in clearing plates, sometimes a bit too eager, as they might take away a plate I've just used. The hotel is right next to a KFC and close to a university, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size is appropriate, and the layout is reasonable. The TV has international channels, and the large refrigerator works very well.

The Hampton by Hilton Tashkent is in a great location, close to a square which is convenient for sightseeing, and the metro station is nearby. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly, and speak excellent English. They even recommended a local restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast food was delicious.

Similar to Hampton by Hilton hotels in China, I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Tashkent. The breakfast offers coffee, watermelon, and various pastries. The location is excellent, right next to Costa and KFC.

Although the room wasn't huge, it was very clean and tidy. The shampoo and shower gel had a pleasant scent. The front desk staff were all great, and there was one lady who spoke a little Chinese and was always helpful when needed. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was richer.

Excellent stay. Pros: 1. Located in a prime area, a 10-minute walk to the Presidential Palace, next to the Ministry of National Defense, and very safe. 2. Room facilities are new, and soundproofing is good. Cons: 1. The water pressure in the sink is low, and the flow is slow. 2. WiFi signal is strong, but the internet speed is slow. 3. The apricots at breakfast were unwashed and covered in dirt.

Very, very nice! The only downsides were having to pay for extra water and toothpaste, which most hotels provide for free. But everything else was great, so I can easily overlook those minor issues.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Timur Square and the pedestrian street. The souvenirs and quick hygiene products in the lobby are also reasonably priced, and there's a KFC downstairs!

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Here are the pros: - Perfect location, with a subway station and a 24-hour currency exchange nearby. - A magnificent view of Tashkent City and the sunsets from the window. - A very comfortable bed with huge pillows; it felt like sleeping on a cloud. - Friendly staff (I'd like to specifically mention Eleonora at the reception, a very pleasant lady), and all the staff in the restaurant were also very nice. Here are the cons: - Stains on the upholstered furniture. - Smudges on the windows. - No overhead lighting, making the room too dark in the evenings. - No cups for dental hygiene items. - Almost all closets are open (only one drawer and a shelf in the hallway are enclosed). - The breakfasts are tasty, but the hot food selection isn't very diverse. There's a lack of grain-based sides; carbohydrates are mostly potatoes, and the protein selection is also subpar (mostly very fatty chicken and sausages). - The buffet labels have errors, e.g., "chicken meat" (incorrect grammar). - The lunchbox provided for early check-out is extremely meager (a dry sandwich and a croissant, yogurt, 1 plum and 1 apple, a bottle of water). Overall, the hotel is not bad, and the room is very cozy; sometimes I didn't even want to leave it. However, there are a few minor functional aspects that need improvement.
