I called room service many times but got no response. Even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, someone still entered my room to clean without permission while I was sleeping. They just walked in without any notice. I told them not to enter and to leave, but they still proceeded to clean, invading my privacy and disrupting my sleep. The facilities are subpar. The room layout is impractical; there are no power outlets by the bed, and the 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, and one of them collapsed during my stay. The bathroom looks nothing like the pictures – there's no separate wet and dry area. The entire room also had a strange odor.

It’s by far my favourite hotel in Tashkent. As I was welcomed with great hospitality, the staff gave me a good tour about the hotel and its amenities. Room was pretty cozy but clean which was nice.

Wonderful hotel, excellent service! We weren't entirely happy with the room on the 3rd floor that didn't have a shower screen, and the receptionist at the front desk changed our room without any fuss! The service is really good! The breakfast also deserves a special mention; everything is delicious, and there's a great selection of dishes! We would gladly return again!

The facilities are clean and I liked having a pool. The staff and front desk were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. However, it was inconvenient that there was no elevator for the rooms, and the room was very small.

Nice boutique hotel with a great location - near to the airport and the city center. The staff is amazing, tasty breakfast, awesome pools!

No elevator, but everything else was great! There are three swimming pools, and the leisure table in the courtyard is especially nice for relaxing in the evenings. Everywhere was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, boasting a cozy courtyard that hides three pools. As soon as we arrived, staff met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage. After completing the check-in formalities, we were shown to our room. The room was spotless and came with bottled water, replenished daily, along with toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, combs, and more. The air conditioning worked quietly even in the heat. Housekeeping was done daily. The next day, a buffet-style breakfast awaited us on the -1 floor. There was a rich selection, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits – melon and watermelon. Within the hotel grounds, there are three pools: one outdoor in the sun, and two indoor. There's also a Hammam and a Finnish sauna. Our stay at this hotel was worth every soum. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent. The location is very close to the road leading to the airport, a 7-minute taxi ride. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance.

I rated the service highly because the guys at the reception were very helpful. I'm giving the hotel a high rating just because of them. As for cleanliness, it wasn't great. There was hair on the floor in the room, and the plumbing wasn't in very good condition. The mattress was a real disappointment... When one person turns over, the other 'rocks on the waves'. The food was delicious, and the interior is very beautiful. The hotel itself is stunning. Suggestions for improvement: better mattresses, non-leaky faucets, and a working hammam. (We happened to be there on a day when it was apparently broken... the steam generator was running non-stop. We told the reception, and the next day the hammam wasn't working, presumably being repaired. I hope it's fixed now). Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and help 🌺

Very beautiful hotel and comfortable

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was great, so I had a really peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Overall, the atmosphere is elegant, the facilities are excellent, and it's fantastic value for money. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

I was originally supposed to go to Europe, but due to the conflict between Iran and the US, my connecting flight in Abu Dhabi was canceled. Rebooking was incredibly expensive, so I decided to stay here for a night and explore the city a bit. The city itself is pretty ordinary with not much to see, but this hotel was quite good. The staff member who helped me was very enthusiastic.

The place is beautiful, great ambience and amenities, great service, very kind, friendly and proactive staff.
