An absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect – the service, cleanliness, and the incredibly comfortable atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Huge thanks to everyone! I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend it to all.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a very strategic location, close to many attractions, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly, kind, and very helpful. Special thanks to Said, who took the time to explain in detail how to explore the city of Tashkent, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also very good.

Premium location, next to Tashkent City Mall and Tashkent City Park. Bed very comfortable.

Location is unbeatable, hotel is brand new and staff is very professional and friendly Olga and Dina at the lobby bar are masters at work making best coffee and old fashion)

Came with my little kids and got a high quality service in all sections, from front desk to restaurant, etc. facilities are excellent and new, just 10 minutes away from airport. All clean room.

The room was good and clean. I was surprised at how high quality the bathroom was! The breakfast wasn't bad either and the wifi worked flawlessly:)

The room itself was a little hard to find. Enter from the main entrance of the train station, go through security, turn right, and you'll find the hotel in a small courtyard. The hotel seems quite new. Since I couldn't book a double room, I opted for a men's dormitory room. The price wasn't much cheaper than a double room, but it was okay. Overall, the environment was acceptable. Another minor drawback was that, for some reason, the hotel's POS machine couldn't accept various credit cards, even though I could use the same card in other parts of Uzbekistan.

The hotel is clean and cozy. It has everything you need. There's a washing machine. The rooms were clean. The receptionists showed us everything; they're great. I recommend it to everyone.

Interesting architecture, modern design with Soviet and Islamic features. Very central location, close to metro. The staff are friendly, help issue registration card and store my luggage after checkout. Lobby is beautiful and new. Room is clean although old. Overall it’s a great stay. There’re things not good enough: Curtains are not large enough to cover all the windows. Light gets through early in the morning, annoying when l am tired and need more sleep. Shower hose is partially broken so the water from shower head is weak. Wifi signal is also very weak in the room.

A nice small hotel. The location is good , in 5-10 mins walk you can find restaurants, bars, metro. It’s not the newest building but it’s clean and you have everything in you need. Thx a lot to the friendly team to being so nice al the time :)
