The hotel with the highest altitude in Japan is older than me since it opened, but the overall maintenance is pretty good. Originally, we booked a double room, but luckily we were given a triple room, which could accommodate additional friends later. Otherwise, it would be difficult to get an extra bed if there were too few double rooms. The hotel is really convenient. Tateyama Station is just downstairs. The shops are also very large and have many souvenirs. The girl at the front desk of the hotel also speaks good English and is very cute. In fact, I called the hotel in advance and arranged a cake for my sister's birthday on the day of check-in. It was delivered during dinner, and there were many waiters celebrating my sister. They also took photos for us and printed them and bound them for us when we checked out. We were very touched! There is also a very tall waiter from Ningxia in the restaurant. He was very happy to see us and said that there are very few domestic tourists staying in the hotel. The food tastes quite good, and I am very satisfied to have such conditions on the top of the mountain. The bathroom is very small, but fortunately the room is right next to the large bath, which is much more convenient!

Perhaps because it is located on the top of a mountain, the room is extremely small. There is only less than 40 centimeters between the two single beds. The other room is slightly wider but shorter. The room includes breakfast and dinner, and the food is very good. As a mountaintop hotel, I feel that it has done a good job. The scenery outside the hotel is beautiful, with mountains, lakes, blue sky and white clouds, and the steaming Hell Valley. If it is winter, you can see the snow wall, which is about 20 meters high and will be very shocking. Scattered snow can still be seen on the mountains in August. Even going up the mountain is not easy. It is best to pack lightly. It requires a gear train and a bus. If you have to take a cable car to go down from the other side, of course, this is also an experience. The waiters basically don't speak English and communication is difficult.
