Very well maintained house with beautifully presented gardens and spacious bbq area. A number of places for eating whether it be the bbq area, the deck or inside. Great for large groups of 7 to 8.

Walk to town
Nice location with adequate amenities. We were there for the ironman and was very close to the precint. Just watch out for the road closures.
