5 mins drive to Taupo town area. Room was spacious and some view to the Lake Taupo.

Exceptional hotel and facility

Right by the lake, the room is big and clean, with complete facilities and basement parking

Very satisfactory hotel, comfortable, clean, and the service staff is very nice. Don't worry if you go out late, there is a garage key in the room key, which can open the garage door directly.

The staff is very unfriendly. There is only one way for vehicles to enter and exit the hotel. Because the road signs in the hotel are not clear, we almost had an accident and they chased and blamed us. There is no hot spring as advertised, just an iron bathtub, and the privacy is relatively poor. The most important thing is that the staff is very unfriendly. I paid to upgrade the room, but they complained and sneered when I heard that I had stayed for only one night. There is no cleaning staff and any service. It can't be called a hotel. It is not worth the price at all.

The environment is good, the facilities are OK, but I don't like the service attitude of the counter

This is the most amazing hotel in our New Zealand trip. Taopo city has a good impression. The hotel is modern in design, the room is very spacious, and the facilities are complete. From the bath to the bedding, they all reflect high-end quality. There is also a swimming pool from low heat. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. I also want to say that the hotel reception staff is very enthusiastic!

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Taupo. It is clean, the rooms are big, and the price/performance ratio is very good.

房間景色很好，走路就能到達湖邊，風景很美！有獨立停車位，前台很好，入住期間竭盡全力協助我們，第一個房間有點異味，立刻換了個房子給我們。游泳池的水是恆温的，真舒服！房間每天有人打掃，保持乾淨衞生！洗護用品都是高端的

酒店位於陶波湖邊，下樓就能走到湖邊，有前後兩座，樓層不高，房間也不多，如果預訂的是陽台湖景房入住的時候一定要要求3樓以上的樓層，不然會被前座遮擋了湖景。儘量在下午6點前辦理入住，不然就沒有工作人員了，提供不了服務，感覺像住Ｂ＆Ｂ。
