Lack of microwave and smart tv. Unable to view Netflix or Prime...

Had a nice view of the lake. I was only passing through and was a break from driving

The room is large, the location is great, and parking is free. Just outside the hotel is Lake Taupo, New Zealand's largest freshwater lake. The hotel facilities are very new, the beds are big, and the Wi-Fi is very good. The hotel is very close to the city.

I forgot my bag under the hotel mattress. It contained important things such as my passport. The hotel staff searched for it several times before finding it. We drove for more than an hour to go back and get it. We were very excited to find it.

Great place at a great value. The service is EXCELLENT. The staff is super friendly (typical NZ service level in my experience), and accommodating. I cannot recommend enough. The place was roomy, quiet and comfortable. The lake is just across the road and there is a beautiful path you can walk! This place is just a short drive from a lot of lake side attractions (took a cruise on the lake to the Maori carvings). Again, can't recommend enough. Wonderful place and top service.

The property was in close proximity to where we were going. The room was very quiet and there was no road noise. Really hot shower. The bed was a good size but uncomfortable on one side. Decor is outdated and needs freshening up.

Very outdated, beds are extremely uncomfortable and staff not very accommodating. Told us we couldn’t order off the menu due to it being buffet night.

Pleasant outlook towards the lake from our unit. The resort was full at the time but we heard little noise from anyone. Comfortable unit for the price.

Easily accessed facility with most things you need. Pleasant staff, easy parking. A relatively easy drive to downtown for more shops and restaurants.

A little bit dated and beds uncomfortable. However we only stayed for a night so wasn't an issue. The customer service was excellent and breakfast was nice. I would stay here again if it was only a one or two night stay.

This property was very convenient for an overnight stay to break our travels. It was quiet and had everything we needed.
