People were right about this hotel being a scam and the most expensive hotel in the area for what they give guests. I'm warning everybody especially those with family to stay away from this hotel cause they're a rip off. They will find ANY way to charge you additional costs. I booked a Premium Family Room with one big bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. And we got charged $20 for our 1-yo baby (to get him a cot) + $40 for our 10-yo daughter to be able to stay with us in a room that's meant to fit 4 adults. What's the point of ALREADY HAVING TO PAY HIGHER PRICE FOR A BIG ROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN CHARGE US EXTRA? The cot was not set up for us at all ($20 for them doing nothing), it was put in a bin liner in the room and we had to spend a long time trying to put it up which we didn't succeed and then we called front desk and they said they'd come up to "help" us set it up when they had someone to watch the front desk for them since they did not have housekeeping anymore after 5 pm. They did not use the proper baby mattress that fit the cot size. It was a cheap fold style that was overlapping the cot. And then a stupid thin layer of foam, everything we had to put up ourselves. This hotel is not just a rip off, it's also wrong of them to advertise as a 4-star hotel. No amenities, taps and WC are of no brand. Shower tap was installed the other way around cold-hot instead of hot-cold. The handwash is in a bottle that says body lotion. The whole "hotel" is just a motel actually. The staff on front desk gave this intimidating vibe whenever I questioned them about the charges. Just awful to be there. Don't be fooled by the pics of lakefront view. It's not part of the hotel, it's just a main road overlooking the lake with lots of cars parking on the roadside. So you don't really get "the direct view". No lift too so if you come with huge bags or a pram, you'll have to be ready to do some workout going up and down the stairs. I ended up paying over $360 for a night here in this motel. Could have used the money for HILTON instead. Save your money, there're a lot of other inns next to this at much lower prices that offer exactly the same view.
