The owner so kind help to upgreat our Booking，therefore my kids have individual room for good sleeping，the hotel beside of the lake，nice view from balance. They really happy with warm water pool during the winter night，the other side of the road have a pizza club，delicious in taste

Charis the host is very friendly very responsive and helpful! It’s a great stay. The sofa bed is too soft and spring, not too good to sleep on. We wanted to cycle for 20 minutes along the lake but it cost $10 for an hour so we decided not to since we don’t have enough time.

The location is perfect and really close to the lake. We did get some flies coming from the tap drainage. But once we figured it out we closed it up and it was fine. The views are stunning. The rooms were clean. Enjoyed this stay very much!

Beautiful lake view right in front of the motel. The place very well maintained. Clean and tidy. Love the hot tub and staff very friendly and the owner was a superstar. Definitely go back again.

Very good, the car can be driven directly downstairs, the cooking equipment is very complete (remember to clean up after cooking). The boss is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. There is a swimming pool, and you can also barbecue on the balcony. The balcony opens to the lake view

The boss enthusiastically introduced the scenery around Lake Taupo. The room was comfortable and clean, the lake view was amazing, the price/performance ratio was very high, and it was a perfect experience.
