It's a great hotel. It's not like a motel. The lake view room is beautiful. Unfortunately, I only booked it for two nights. I look forward to booking a lake view room like this next time I bring my daughter and children together. You can go out to swim and the lake outside the room window. There is a hot water bath, which is great, and the owner is Chinese.

Fantastic view's over the lake from room 5, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything required including the spa tub. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Five stars all round.

Good value,good walks on the lake. Parking can be tight. People smoke outside and cigarettes smell polluted the neighboring unit.

Adele was amazing. Thanks. The spa needs some attention. As it did not turn off, it sounded like it was filling up then leaking noises somewhere. It turned off around 7.00 in the morning. Also, maybe a few more pods for the coffee maker.

The room finishings are dated and worn. The only opening window was screwed closed making the room uncomfortably stuffy. The owners are profiting from location demand rather than accommodation quality. Water pressure is excessive with water noise intrusion from surrounding units, also the hot water is not tempered and dangerous hot

Prepaid and this place would not let us move our booking due to Covid. Asked if they would consider letting us move our booking for 2 weeks later at a discounted rate and they refused. Didn't even want to know what dates we would like stay. No leeway at all.
