If you expect an all inclusive stay with good food and the self-service experience a all-inclusive holiday is, then this a very good place for you to enjoy your holiday. We upgraded to premium drinks and therefore requested bottles of wine with meals, beers in glass and premium drinks by the night. There are some limitations on the drinks, what kind of booze is included. Get to know your drinks before you go :) Food is in the upper end of what you expect from a commercial kitchen. Not anything near fine dining or better ala carte restaurant quality, but it's good food and with variety. We did not get bored with the food. Kids loved it. Friendly staff. Would definitely go again if I want all inclusive.

We arrived and were placed on the 10th floor, although I immediately said that I had problems with my bones. The elevator didn't work many times in 10 days. It just gave an error and didn't work. The room was very dusty and the bed was uncomfortable. My son has asthma and I had to clean his bed of dust. The toilet was constantly wet, the sink was leaking, and there was a lot of water every day. The sun loungers near the pool were dirty and stained. The food is terrible, the child did not want to eat. And on the last day I got food poisoning at breakfast. The holiday was terrible. The hotel does not match the description of Tui.

Excellent hotel, lovely location. We loved it! I could not fault this place, great food, it was all we could have wanted. We will certainly be looking to return.

Can't fault any of our experience, cleanliness was 5 star for us every morning without fail room cleaned perfect. Food and drinks were excellent. And if you bothered talking to the staff they were very friendly towards myself and my family. Happy customer.

We're highly satisfied with the service and the hotel. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. We greatly appreciate everything they do to ensure that people can relax during their vacation. The only issue was that we didn't have network access inside the room, which made it difficult for those who wanted to do a bit of work during the holiday. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation experience!

2nd visit to this lovely hotel, stayed in room 1127 with fantastic views over the beach, food and drinks are good for all inclusive, staff are fantastic, lovely pool area and gardens for relaxing, pool bar great for chilling with a cold drink and looking out to sea, can’t wait to return, thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Lovely hotel, room spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels as required. staff in restaurant and pool bars were very warm and welcoming. Poolside busy but fairly big, room enough for all. Staff ensured no one reserved beds. Food was good lots of choice.

First the not so good: cockroaches on the sixth floor, food is unimaginative (don’t expect steak or prawns or attractive display - lots of fresh salad - had to look hard for meat), lifts are inadequate - look good but not enough of them and too small - one buggy takes up a lot of the lift. But the staff work hard to keep the place spotless. They can look a bit stressed in fact. TV has British channels which is unusual. The heated pool is lovely. Super sea view. Entertainment is exceptional. Rooms are very nice. Beds amazingly comfortable. Gardens and plants are very well tended: spectacular! Nothing much at the resort itself and a bit gloomy when it rained.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it’s been a few years since our last visit. Although we are aware that renovations are soon to be underway, the hotel remains immaculately clean at all times. The cleaning team really needs to be celebrated as they do a fantastic job. We asked for a high room and we got the top floor which has amazing views. The room is ready for the refurb but it’s still a comfortable, clean and inviting space. We are not fans of all inclusive meals, however the food here is varied and very very tasty. We’ve not had any bad food experiences whilst here, it has all been very fresh and inviting. The pool area is perfect, the warm pool is great this time of year and although we heard bad reviews about the life guards, we think they are all very friendly so far. The bar in the pool area is never busy, always a quick service. The entertainment has been great so far, varied and although you wouldn’t want to go there every night, there’s always something on if you fancy it. The piano lounge is also very pleasant. Over all , a great stay, friendly staff and lots to do. Would give 5 stars but it really is ready for the refurb.
