The hotel is located in nice quiet alcove outside the busy areas of the other towns in Gran Canaria. It faces a public beach, which is easily accessible, but does not have a beach of its own. The facilities are wonderful, clean and capable of hosting the hundreds of tourists that descend upon the hotel in winter. The pools are large and the gym is well equipped. The kids club and animation are adequate, but I have seen better. The food spread is huge and the quality is good, but it tends to be bland and not sufficiently spiced. Overall I would rate it 8/10 and would consider visiting again.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions now and the staff and hotel never disappoint. We arrived late evening but check-in was easy and friendly (think the lady on reception was either Rebecca/Rachel sorry didn’t make a note of her name) the lady was really helpful and welcoming - restaurant was reopened even though it was 11pm for anyone arriving late to get a meal and drinks. Hotel and rooms are fabulous after the refurbishment in late 2023 - there’s loads of places to sit and relax- you’re able to help yourself to soft drinks/beer/wine/and selection of not drinks. Restaurant is well set out and there’s always a good selection of food on offer to satisfy the most picky of eaters. Hotel pools are great and well maintained (with life guards present) hotel rule of not reserving sun loungers until after 10am is strictly stuck to (towels and belongings removed if left unattended before 10 am) but there are plenty of sun loungers available so never normally a problem. We have always found all the staff to be friendly helpful and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel with it’s lovely staff, facilities and views. We would like to thank the reception team for arranging a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates in the room it was greatly enjoyed and appreciated.

Great view of beach and pool area and sea! Loved the sound of the waves. Staff were extremely good and supportive. Christina cleaned our room and was first rate!

I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Only thin sheets available which wasn’t the best as it can be a little frosty over night. No irons in the hotel - only dry clean service which I’ve never encountered fresh bottle of water daily. Facilities in the hotel were amazing. Gorgeous pool, Billiards space available. Multiple restaurants and bar areas. Multiple lounge spacing near the pools. Worth noting though quite a bit not included in all inclusive drinks package e.g mojito etc cocktails not available at main restaurant - only tap wine, sangria and beer. Food let hotel down, even for an all inclusive it was really bad at times. Breakfast was good but lunch was consistently not up to par. Dinner service had some choice. Easy to get by. Staff were the shining factor for my stay. All very busy but so happy to help. All had a smile on entire time, made me feel very welcomed especially as a female solo traveller. Felt very safe at the hotel. Good value for money. I would return. Also bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk - very good transport links you can get bus to/from airport for 6 euros!

Beautiful hotel, room was small but acceptable, lovely area. Make sure you visit Mogan! But, the food and especially the cleanliness is terrible. The food is very repetitive, and they have no food safety standards. At the fry stations, they use the same utensils to put raw meat and fish on the fryer that they use to serve the cooked food to the guest. you are basically eating raw food. Also, the plates are grimy. Feel them when you pick them up and they feel like sand paper with food stuck to them. Good luck finding a clean one. The glasses at the self serve stations are not clean. There are coffee grounds stuck to them and brown liquid dripping off them. When I showed them to customer service, they took pictures of them and said they would 'report it', but 6 hours later, they were still there. They don't care about your safety. They claim that the food services are contracted out, but that's their problem, you pay for a quality that is not there. I and my wife and daughter all got extremely sick. They say that norovirus was going around, and that was likely what I got, but my wife and daughter's symptoms were different and we feel that was from the food. In their favour, (why they got 2 stars) was they seemed to be doing some extra cleaning in the lobby when we left, but too late. They knew the virus was going around, but were not taking any steps right away. I'm sure there are better resorts, I would avoid this one!

Water all over when showering, for 5 days, offered change of room 11 pm at night or nothing, and i have my 84y mother that did not have strength to change room but was not offered help! they dont care about complaints. Very poor service over all. All-inclusive but not many drinks included and no drinking water includes! Water is extra, OMG, can't call it 4 stars and All-inclusive, No. Talked to other guests,they won't be coming back aswell

Beautiful relaxed hotel ,lovely friendly staff ,great food options ,the only disappointment was The One Restaurant, food was just ok there

We are a youn couple and this has been a really nice stay. We got golden bracelets and everything we could think of was included in our stay. Everyone is really friendly. The food is great and very fresh. Snacks are crunchy and the drinks are good enough to enjoy. The rooms are really silent also.
